[Resolved]  Croma — Refund issue almost 15 days

Hi ..This about the fraud CROMA is doing and gathering money from the customer. I received 2 Croma EGC gift card for each value Rs. 10000. I have bought a product from Croma SONY HT RT-40 and the delivery person returned back to Croma even before delivered to me.
Croma guys called me and said once the product is received a refund will be done within 7 days. For now, it has been 15 days that Croma confirmed that product returned is received but till now I did not receive any refund of my vouchers back. Please see the screenshot attached that CROMA confirms the product is received back. I have paid totally 23999 and got a refund of 3999 to my amazon pay account which has paid through but the remaining amount of 20000 did not get back which I have paid with Croma vouchers. Called many times to customer and also sent many emails to support even to the nodal office and grievance officer but there is no response. I really hate this kind of customer service who does not care about customer and value for their money.
