[Resolved]  Croma — Refund issue

I did place an online order in Croma 4 months back and I did cancel the order 4 months back but I did not get the refund yet. (I used gift card)

I did call customer care multiple times in the month of August and finally they said your gift card used for that order has been reactivated and I can use it for online purchase.

I did try using it on 12th October and got to know that it is still in deactivated status. I could not place the order.

Everytime i call the customer care they say that, we apologise for the inconvenience and we will escalate this to next level n have this handled on priority. But the fact is no one will call back or will not get status update even after 2 to 3 days.

Disgusting fact is, it's been 4 months now but still Croma is not able to figure out this simple refund process. After cancelling the order, I got confirmation that the product has reached the warehouse and the merchant too. Why is it so difficult for Croma to refund my gift voucher. Is this a rocket science?

There is a product which I want to buy as there is a price drop but I am not able to do so because you guys are not giving me my gift voucher to place the order.

It's very disappointing service from Croma.
No one is ready to explain why the delay is. Whose mistake it is.? Why it is taking so many days? Is it that complicated? I only get to hear we are sorry for inconvenience.. we have escalated this issue.. who is working on these escalations??? Seems like ppl are least bothered here. Disgusting..

Can you please share the escalation matrix and their contact details?

Or can I have the email address of Mr. Jignesh Mehta (head of customer service)?

I would like to reach out to senior management. I don't mind if I won't get that gift voucher from you guys.

You guys will take another month or two or may be more, just to figure out what happened and how to refund. Croma is that smart.

I had multiple options too choose, I am seriously regretting for choosing Croma gift vouchers.

I have lost my patience

I will go ahead and buy that product from Amazon. I don think you will be refunding that gift voucher.. You guys have made it very complicated.
