Due to very poor coordination between vendor and delivery partner, item was not delivered yet.

      As I can compare to the official Mi online and offline store, prices for the Mi Dual Driver headphones are 599 and Croma is selling at 799. Why is it overpriced? If you are not able to keep up then I will have to go through legal actions.

      Kindly do the needful and sell the products at MRP.

        Hi i had purchased a LG TV from Chroma Pune 2 years back and taken an extended warranty from croma for the same. The extended warranty of my tv still on however when i called the customer care to raise a complaint they sent me a LG service guy who said i will have to pay for the services as LG warranty of one year is over and if i have an extended warranty under chroma i should contact chroma people instead. I had called chroma only for this issue and they had sent this person to resolve my issue.

          Non Delivery of Product without any reason

          I had ordered an Iphone 13 mini from Croma on 25th September. The sole reason for placing the order with croma was it showed that the delivery will be done BY 26th September(not expected by). As usual they failed to do so. On talking with customer care they were clue less and couldnt give me any reason why it was not delivered on time.             I am writing to you today about the bad customer service experience I had in your store yesterday. I brought a product named JBL TWS 300 (INVOICE NO : SLA[protected] from CROMA STORE, T NAGAR, CHENNAI BRANCH on 31 August 2021 and was using the product for the past three weeks. I must inform you that I’d carefully followed all the instructions o[censored]se but the product was not up to the expectation.

            The above product was so poor on calls that the receiver cannot completely listen to the speaker. The condition becomes so worse especially when the speaker is,

            1. Riding on a bike (or)

            2. Riding on a bicycle (or)

            3. Walking on a busy road.

            4. And also the said Earpods cannot be used with helmets on head.

            Initially I visited your store, just to buy a pair of SONY earpods but because of heavy persuasion from your sales representative I opted to purchase this one.

            With all this issues I visited your customer service representative yesterday expecting a product replacement. The guy at the counter was so rude that he is not given proper training on how to deal with the customers. Instead of giving ear to my problem and solving it, he advised me to,

            1. Change my mobile

            2. Change my network provider

            3. Not to use the purchased earpods while riding bike

            4. And not to use it on busy roads.

            Finally he concluded saying that he and his colleagues will be using the said product for one day and if no defect is noted he will return back the same to me. As expected, I received call from croma today informing that the said product was working fine and I must take it back. All I was expecting was a product replacement and not such a rude retaliation from your customer service department.

            All this time I’d purchased four products from your store and returned none of them. This time your customer service representatives behaved in such a way that I was lying to them just to return the purchased product.

            Despite of all this frustration I still have strong belief on TATA’s excellent customer grievance redressal system. I hope that my product will be replaced and you shall take appropriate actions to ensure that no repeat of such bad experience to your customers.

              Pre-ordered IPhone 13 128gb with promised delivery date of 24/09/2021

              I pre-ordered iPhone 13(Order ID:[protected]on 22/09/2021 with a promised delivery date of 24/09/2021.The current status as shown on Croma's website is shipped, but on tracking the details on courier company's website (Delhivery), It is showing as 'Shipment not ready for pickup'. On contacting customer care they failed to provide me with any firm delivery date. Having seen a plethora of negative reviews for croma online now, I am worried...

              I bought this machine on 10 Jun 2019 with a two years extended warranty. Machine has warranty till 10 Jun 2022. Invoice Number SLA[protected] dated 10 June 2019.

              The problem of the water draining started in mid June 2021. I called up a number listed as authorised Croma Service that time and promptly a technician came and attended. He suggested a change of Drain Motor on payment. I did not remember about the extended warranty and paid for the part. After changing the motor, machine became alright.

              In early July, the problem recurred and I called the technicians number. He listened to the complaint, but never turned up as promised nor pick up calls after that.

              I had to get the machine going; so I called a service agency named Urban Company. They also came and tried their hand three times when the problem recurred. They recommended that I get back to Croma. I called up another agency claiming to be Croma service partners. Two technicians came promptly and said that the Drain motor is the culprit and changed it on payment. This time with a bill.

              On 05 Sep, the problem again recurred. This time I went to the T Nagar store and registered a formal complaint, understood to be the first such complaint to be registered through them. On 09 Sep a technician came and did something and machine started working fine.

              On 19 Sep the problem recurred. This time I myself did the fingering that was done by most of the technicians who came and the machine started working. I still walked into the Croma T Nagar Store and raised another complaint.

              Today, 21 Sep, a technician walked in and very disinterstedly had a cursory glance at the machine and suggested changing of drain motor again. Since the machine was working alright, he said call him when the problem again recurs.

              Beyond this, I spoke to the Service Manager stationed at the Croma T Nagar Store on mobile number [protected]. His answers were not satisfactory. I spoke the V5 Enterprises Chennai Service Manager, Mr Prakash on Mobile No [protected] and Mr Hema Kumar, Croma Chennai Service Manager on Mobile [protected]. Although the last two people have promised to resolve the problem by 22 Sep, I have lost faith in their system of after sales service and do not expect much from them.

              I request your organisation to get M/s Croma to get my machine working properly for prolonged periods rather than for a few days as of now. If they are not able to find the actual fault, please get them to replace the machine under extended warranty clause.

                  I have Purchased Redmi 9a (3+32) on 28h August 2021, The order get automatically cancelled by seller and returned. But After 22 Days No Refund Initiated, whenever i contacted Croma Through Phone or mail they are asking 24 hours, it almost 10 times via call and Email. they have not initiated the refund.                       Hi,

                      I am looking forward to save my money. Croma/Apple cheated me. They are such big brands and I am a very small customer. I am not sure who can help me in this matter. Below is a sequence of events that happened till now.

                      1) I purchased the iphone 12 68GB BLUE colour.
                      2) When I opened it, I found a BLACK colour iPhone 12 with different IMEI No.(video captured while opening the phone)
                      3) Reported back to Corma, They refused to accept.
                      4) I raised the dispute with the bank immediately.
                      5) Called the police & filed an application against them.
                      6) Next day, Went to the Apple store with Haryana police & croma personnel. Apple store confirms the iphone i received is brand new iphone12 128GB.
                      7) Evidence submitted to Haryana police. which are provided by Apple store.
                      8) Asked Croma to provide the either provide the bill of the iphone i received or provide the iphone for which i got the bill.
                      9) They said they will send mail to Apple to replace the iphone.
                      No solution so far even after 20 days.

                          I purchased this laptop on 4th July. Received on 8th July. Have been getting blue screen error since purchase.
                          Went to Croma and they said I have not updated certain things and if I don’t update, laptop won’t work at all (unheard of in normal scenarios)
                          I took their word for it but very next day, faced the same issue. This time they said to restart windows OS, which I did.

                          Again, same issue.
                          Then they said uninstall and reinstall graphics card drivers. I did it 5 times but didn’t work.
                          By this point I knew that laptop is defected and no amount o[censored]pdating will fix.

                          Called ASUS and their technician came home and said they will take it to centre to uninstall and reinstall graphic driver (which I did 5 times and didn’t work) so I declined.
                          Next day decided to send to Service centre through Croma so they keep a tab on things.

                          In 2 days, service centre calls me and says they need to change Motherboard and RAM and it will take 1 week. I agreed.

                          5 days later, they came home to deliver the laptop and made me sign a paper. The guy was in a hurry and didn’t let me read or even test the laptop to my satisfaction. After signing I read that only RAM is changed.

                          As I said earlier issue is with GPU not RAM.

                          I got another error as soon as I started using it and same day, went to Croma and gave it to them saying they should replace motherboard as well.

                          They had provided only half a solution initially and had a ‘chalta hai’ attitude to the problem. They didn’t even address the issue in the laptop.

                          2 days later, Someone from Croma called and said they have refused to replace motherboard. Despite them telling me and Croma they will change Motherboard and RAM.

                          Someone senior from asus said they can only repair and not even replace the unit (the warranty agreement on their official India website says they have to Repair OR replace, not just repair)
                          I asked for a refund because they are not helping me or resolving the issue, they said no.

                          So basically, they are not repairing the laptop, they are not replacing it and they are not even refunding my money.

                          They took my money and now are acting like it’s not their problem.

                          I have been in constant touch with their regional service leader but he too does not care at all.

                          They are willingly ignoring my issue.

                          Their idea is, give half solution, let consumer do all the work of setting up the laptop, downloading necessary apps, and if it fails they will take it again for a week and give it back without any data.

                          They think I can give my laptop for repair for a week every month but that is not the case. I purchased the laptop to use and not to make rounds of the service Center only for them to provide fake solutions to the issue.

                          I have consulted with many people, they say that RAM change is a useless solution and at best it will work for 2-3 days (didn’t work for that long even) and motherboard change even doesn’t guarantee it will work.

                          ASUS is neglecting their customers and not providing proper solution for a defect in their own machine.

                              Rate difference between online and shop purchase

                              On 03rd i purchased subjected mentioned laptop, now i come to know that mentioned laptop which i purchased is 1000 rs higher than online.

                              With this specification and rate only, we approached shop for our immediate need.

                              On june also we purchased the same laptop - on that concern only another we purchsed.

                              On purchase time due to time and other reason - we missed this comparison.

                              Had ordered an LG Solo 20L microwave from Croma online. Microwave was received with entire front glass door broken. Croma then took 2 days to ask an LG technician to review this. Who then informed Croma has to arrange for a replacement. Croma then took 1 week to pick up the microwave. They informed us that post pick up the will analyse this and will provide a solution. They took another 5 days to analyse and said there's no stock available. While both online and well as Croma stores showed stock available. After 2 days Croma again informed us that stock is available and warehouse team will raise an invoice. It's been another 5 days now and warehouse team has not yet raised an invoice. My suggestion would be to never deal with a company like Croma when it comes to online purchases. Flipkart and Amazon provide better service, better support and faster delivery and pickup. I don't think I ever want to shop with Croma again. And I would urge others not to as well.

                                I received 2 croma gift cards on 30th october 2020 and card said expiry is after 12 months . So I tried using my card today on september 13th and clearly it has not been 12 months of receiving the card and there is no expiry date mentioned. But today if I check online to buy items it says expired. How is one supposed to know what is the expiry date without anything printed on card and I thought I had time till october to use the card. I have reached out to their customer care and awaiting a response. There was no help provided on phone as they don't have any way to know the card expiry date. Don't know how they conclude the card has expired and also without printing the expiry date on card they are fooling many.

                                  I have ordered a laptop on 30th August night and then i realized better option available in croma so decided to cancel this and order again another laptop. I have called the 31st august morning to customer center and requested to cancel the order as i was not getting cancel option on online portal. I get informed that i will receive refund within 5 to 6 days but today is 9th September and no refund initiated. even no change in status on croma portal. called customer center and email also but concrete resolution yet.

                                  I was provided a tracking ID for delhivery courier and said that your laptop get shipped and once it get back to warehouse then refund will get initiated but on tracking ID showing that no pick-up done and finally courier partner canceled the shipment.

                                  40K is huge amount for me and i ordered it with CC and now i have to pay bill for CC.
