Hi I have recently purchased a 55inch Sony X80j TV and I find that there is a green backlight appearing. While I am waiting for the TV technician from Sony to come and check I found to my surprise that this TV is actually a refurbished one. The reason why I say this is because i have opened the Netflix account for first time to configure and I find someone else's mail account also being shown up. This definitely means it was shipped to other customer (probably a defective piece) and i have been provided the same without my knowledge or CONSENT. I really would like to take this to the highest official in Croma. I need a proper explanation for this and proper action on the same. I am uploading the photo I have taken today i.e 17th October 2021 to prove my point. Please note I dont know who the person in the second mail id is and have absolutely no link to it.

    I have placed an order for iphone 12 pro 256 Silver and a back cover, which was supposed to be delivered today i.e. 16 Oct but i have not received my phone. Customer support has no idea about my package and there is no tracking available on website as well for the delay.

    I have just received the back cover but not the iPhone. Horrible customer experience with such a high value product.

    This could be my last product from Croma.
    Please check the order id and get it delivered asap before this goes as an article in social media.

            I had visited Croma today 14th Oct 2021 between 5 pm to 6 pm (Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai) to purchase a new Mobile phone. The croma representative introduced me to Samsung S20 5g (8GB Ram). He offered me a deal of INR 31, 399/- (Including Ongoing offer and exchange of my old device). When I agreed the deal and proceeded for billing formalities. The representative told "Sorry Sir, the offer is over you have to pay INR 37, 000/-, ". When humbly, i requested the representative for the original deal of 31, 399. The representative spoke with management. The managements response was "Agar 31, 399 me diya tho customer hamare gale pad jayega"
            It is difficult to understand, How can the offer expire within some minutes orelse is it some new sales strategy by croma to make a deal with lower price and sell a product with higher price during invoicing. Firstly they attracted me towards the product and later smartly increased the price.
            Croma being a brand, this kind of cheap and unfair behavior with a disabled person is not acceptable, hurting my emotions.
            I being a regular loyal customer of croma, It is a pity that a brand like TATA is insulting its regular and valued customers.

              I had bought a Sony Headphone at Croma store, Gokul road Hubli, first the sales person at Croma did not even bother to explain the features of the product. After buying I got to know it was not Bluetooth enabled so I went for replacement At service desk one Mr. Pattar came and said he cannot replace and just left the place before we could. I told him that I'm ready to go for higher version and pay extra for that and requested him to replace the product, but he ran away from us. My product is still lying with the service desk at Croma. I'm a regular customer of Croma. I have purchased a refrigerator few months back from the store. Inspite of this they have no care attitude towards customer. Very pathetic.

                Greetings of the day !!

                I am more worried and registering this compliant to know the exact status of my first ever purchase with croma.com.

                My Order was expected to be delivered by today (13, OCT 2021), but this did not happen.

                With the provided tracking ID from Delhivery courier Partner, I could see the order is still pending for pick-up at the merchant side ( CROMA ).

                Then, I too made a personal enquiry with Delhivery courier Partner which is in my home-town, they too give the same response saying product is not handed over to the courier partner it seems.

                But the status in the CROMA side says DIP.

                The above statements are totally contradicting. Kindly help me here for smooth delivery of my order.

                Also a request if feasible, Can you look for the option to convert this order purchase to in store pick-up, so that I can collect from any nearby CROMA showroom as I need to gift this to my family member on this festive occasion.

                    I had purchased through Croma in January 2021 in Croma center in Sector 49 Sohna road, Gurgaon. Due to a severe COVID situation in my family wherein all of my family members fell sick including demise of my Massi, I was not in a position to get this TV installed in my apartment. During this time period, TV supplied to me remained untouched with all seals and its packaging box intact. Recently I had made a request for installation of the above specified Samsung TV and when the technician initiated its installation procedure and opened up the sealed box, a defect was noted in its frame.
                    I would request if Croma team can take into consideration my circumstances which led to delay in my installation request and also factor in confirmation made by Samsung installation technician that TV box was intact until it was open by Samsung representative and noted that defect. Accordingly, I shall be grateful if Croma can issue a replacement or rectify defects in the TV supplied to me

                          I, Atria Das, placed an order using Croma's website on 5th October. My product is OnePlus 9R (256GB ROM, 12GB RAM, LE2101, Lake Blue) Product Id:: 233913

                          Initially my order was supposed to get delivered on 6th October but I received a message about delay in delivery and it was supposed to get delivered on 8th.

                          On 8th October, there was no update on the website regarding my delivery status. On track orders it said "Arriving on 8th" but it still said "Order processed" and not "Order Shipped" or "Out for delivery". So I called support and they told to wait till the end of the day and also raised a service request regarding delay in delivery. But the product didn't get delivered on the 8th.

                          On 9th October, the website still showed "Arriving on 8th" and order status as "Order processed". So i called the support and they told me that it will get delivered on 10th october.

                          On 10th October, the website showed "Arriving on 10th" and order status as "Order processed". I called the support at the end of the day when I did not receive my product and they asked me to wait another day.

                          On 11th October, the website showed "Arriving on 11th" and order status as "Order processed".. Called the support again and they asked me to wait till the end of the day and guaranteed that the product will reach today. But still no delivery.

                          I have been calling Croma since Friday and all they have given is false promises. There are no delivery updates provided to the customers. And it has been one of the worst experiences I had purchasing online. Fed up of calling the support again and again I am writing this email. Kindly respond and take action.

                            Hi team,

                            I have brought a Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner from Croma. After three months I got a issue and called up Eureka forbes some one came and said motor is damaged and replaced the motor and gave me back. Now exactly after 6 months the same issue happened and wince brand warranty is over raised a request for extended warranty onsite warranty and they are mentioning that motor os not covered under warranty. Guys everyone please do not buy extended warranty from Croma it's purely a cheat. Even if motor is not covered under warranty for a vaccum cleaner then what is covered under warranty.

                            Dear Croma,

                            Team being such a valuable company please don't cheat loyal customers like us.

                            Hope some one from Croma/Eureka forbes /onsite team respond and provide a resolution for me.

                                I have received the Croma Microwave on 21st September 2021. Since then I have made at least 7 calls to arrange a technician to install the product.
                                There has been no confirmation on the same from the support team of croma.
                                The product is lying at the resident; I cannot use the same till it is opened by the technician from the company.
                                Very disappointed with the Croma after sales service.

                                    We always prefer Croma which I believe one of the trust brand and this our second unit of liebheir fridge which have complaint of less cooling issue. We have purschase 2 no fridge of same brand. And many time highlight issue of less Cooling of 265 ltr to service team multiple time from last 5-6 month. And nothing satisfactory answer received even after paying service visit charge. And now another fridge 364 Ltr have same issue of less cooling. We are very annoyed regarding this and hope you understand that fridge is the daily basis uses and we are very much fade up of this brand having multiple issue.
