[Resolved]  Croma — Refund not refunded yet

I booked boult audio propods from croma on 21 may, 2022 and I made the order prepaid through phonepe UPI to infinity retail and amount of 899rs was debited from my account. But due to some reason I cancelled it.Now, they are not giving any good response and are not even replying back my mail.
My order id is[protected].
I request not to buy anything from croma they are fraud.

Did they refund the amount ?
I am also facing the same issue.
Very disappointed by their service.
One of the worst payment method . They debit the amount but don’t refund.
