I purchased Smart Watch and with that AC Service is included called free, specified charges in Invoice for the same.
Now I am trying to Book AC Service, calling, mailing to customer care no resolution after 10 days. I specified Wet Service specific in Mail and they gave me Ref. No. in mail as revert, When I talk customer care executive says this is Not Wet Service Booked, this is Normal Service,
some one call me asking what is Problem in AC and he is from Zopper!! I surprised I have purchased form Croma and what is Zopper, and even the person has no details for the same, he asked for address and Problem,
When trying to call customer after selecting Hindi it speaks options in English, and then after speaks for Option 9 to talk to customer care executive and if I press 9, gots revert as wrong option. I don't know how to get all the thing specified in Invoice 9 services and this is just for 1st I am trying.
