I had purchase 2 samsung mobile from croma kandivali west
invoice number sla[protected] dt.21/01/2021 total invoice amt 51049 (inclusive of gst rs 7787/-) i had many time call croma about non received of gst credit in portal and many time also mailed to them regarding this.
They told us that we have edited the gst invoice and manuplated the gst bill of croma.

I purchased an Air Conditioner (of CROMA brand), Stabilizer and 2 year extended warranty with order id SLA120RS4774593.

- The installation team has denied installation of the product due to lame reasons without even visiting the hose.
- The product was delivered on April 11th, however 6 days later they are neither installing the product (denynig installation on call, not even visited the house) nor cancelling the order...

I placed an online order on croma for AirPods Pro with online payment option using discount codes available. I received email from croma stating the payment is in transit whereas bank already debited the card for payment. Until 48 hours from placing order - Croma customer care did not recognise the order had no clue about it.

I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Croma store. which was delivered on 9th April around late evening. I have raised a complaint in the morning on 10th April that there is some problem in the AC and they raised a ticket to Voltas for a technician visit.
