    I purchased a fridge from Croma on[protected] and they said it would be delivered in 2 days but I haven't received it. 10 days after purchase and with constant follow-ups, they said that the fridge wasn't available so I canceled the order and requested a refund. The customer care representative said that it would take 15 working days from the date of cancellation to refund the amount. It's been more than 20 days but I still haven't got any...

        So, Today i order Oneplus Bullets Z bass edition from croma online, I mistakenly choose the wrong color so i go for cancelling it right away so as I cancel it, I didn’t get anything about my refund, no mail and all. Its been 6 hours and no call or message from the company.

          Hi, sir I have bought a headphone from of boat from croma stores in chinarpark kolkata on 22nd January 2022. On 10 th may one side of it stopped working. As it was under warranty they agreed to replace. But when I opted the same model which was to be replaced. They told me either I have to pay more, or choose lesser model as the price has increased . Sir why shall I pay more? It's under warranty, and is it my fault that their product is faulty? Instead of replacement I was forced to get some cheaper model . Is it fare or ethical ?

            I purchased Smart Watch and with that AC Service is included called free, specified charges in Invoice for the same.
            Now I am trying to Book AC Service, calling, mailing to customer care no resolution after 10 days. I specified Wet Service specific in Mail and they gave me Ref. No. in mail as revert, When I talk customer care executive says this is Not Wet Service Booked, this is Normal Service,
            some one call me asking what is Problem in AC and he is from Zopper!! I surprised I have purchased form Croma and what is Zopper, and even the person has no details for the same, he asked for address and Problem,
            When trying to call customer after selecting Hindi it speaks options in English, and then after speaks for Option 9 to talk to customer care executive and if I press 9, gots revert as wrong option. I don't know how to get all the thing specified in Invoice 9 services and this is just for 1st I am trying.

              I ordered iphone 12 128gb from croma website on 10th may 2022 at 3:30pm. The payment was successfully done but the confirmation mail or message is not received till yet neither it is showing in my pending order list. So i request you to please check the matter as i have done multiple complaints on customer care but nothing has done till yet.

                I tried to cancel my order since the product wasn’t delivered within promised delivery date. Also courier service didn’t have any information about the the product for past 4 days.

                When I checked my orders in the website the cancel order option was removed from the product which is such a cheap thing to do.

                I had to call customer care and create a cancellation request.
                I have never seen that I need to create a request to cancel my order on any e-commerce website ever.

                After 2 days the order is still not cancelled. I got a call saying delivery is in progress so cannot cancel. And if you receive it then return it. Croma says delivery is in progress when their courier partner is unable to locate the shipment for past 6 days.

                On top of this croma says refund will be processed when the shipment returns back to the warehouse. This is just absurd.
                I’m not returning the product. I’m cancelling it because it wasn’t delivered in time. Why should I wait for product to reach warehouse. Where’s the logic??

                Got a call from croma courier partner and said the product went missing in transit. And they are investigating.

                Among all this happening I don’t understand why my order isn’t cancelled yet and a refund not issued yet.

                  I have done transaction for Purchase of an I-Phone-12 yesterday dated[protected].

                  I had Gift Cards worth 14500 Rs and got Discount of 4000 Rs on HDFC Credit Card.

                  Price of Mobile was 59, 990.Total Discount was 18500 Rs.

                  Total 40, 490 was debited from my Credit Card.

                  The mobile has not been booked and I received the mail saying "Payment in transit[protected]" .

                  Request you to please look into the matter and resolve it earliest.

                    I purchased a Diakin Air Conditioner from Croma on 02.05.2022 with a promise that it will be delivered in 2 days and installed in the next 2 days.

                    The product was delivered but till today I didn't get any installation calls or contact numbers of the installation person. I faced the same issue in my last purchase (Refrigerator) from another Tata Croma Store. I am a loyal customer of Croma respecting the brand name but I seriously feel the customer service is not up to the mark nowadays.

                    Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the issue.

                      I have ordered a fully automatic machine from croma as a birthday gift for my mom. If ordered it earlier because of her birthday to surprise her. It took a week to receive it when the installation guy opened it, we found it damaged this is the second bad experience with croma I faced. They have taken the full money of the product but I haven't got the product yet. Also, don't talk about the customer service agents. They are the people with no brains. They don't even listen to the query and try to disconnect the call. I am very disappointed with the rediculous service and the time, efforts whixh has been wasted. Also the emotions attached to it.

                        I received my order on 6th may. my order no is[protected]. in 24 hours I get to know is defective because there is no cooling effect.
                        on 7th may I requested for return and refund. this is my request no SR ID :SR[protected]. i got a message one person will call you for the confirmation . on 9th may i.e. today in the morning call came from this no [protected] and one person said some name Sandeep, Sandeep and disconnected, you can check call recording and after that I look my chroma account, tick mark came on my request that it is resolved.
                        Now again I have made request and mailed for return and refund.

                        they have called me through +912242791200... 2 days after i have place my complain here...they send me technician to see... my product was declared as defective...i said them for refund... after 2 days they again make my service request of repairment of product .i called on 04046517910...and complaint there... called them in every 2 days... after 21 days they make a refund to me that is today...calling them again and again ..what i think that helped me ... if i was not calling or emailing them they were not active.

                        technician came to see my product and it was declared as defective product.
                        they talked to me and i have mentioned them very clearly i want return and refund now. they said to me to write mail. i have done everything as told by thwm,

                        again chroma has initiated my repair request. i dont know why.
                        today called to chroma service and told them for refund and return.

                          The thing we want to purchase inside Croma is not given enough insight into what we have to show and take inside Customer Care and there j2se who also did not give complete information and the way we told them that way On this day we should meet the technician and our solution should be found. He said yes verbally and was busy with his own work, operating his own mobile and not taking care of the customer The phenomenon can be considered and what really feminine behavior should happen to people

                            I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma, Pheonix, Bengaluru on[protected], i got it delivered on[protected]. when asked for the installation they keep on telling one or the other reason and not responding properly. after the purchase of more then 3 days still the refrigerator is not be used due to the negligent manner of response from the Croma people. hence I request you to take necessary action against the Croma People for the Loss occured to me in this regard.

                              I placed an order for 14 Croma TV’s and received confirmation for none of them. After complaining what I get to know is that there was a technical glitch from their end and still nobody cared to inform me. All the TV’s are worth 1, 15, 360. After complaining again and again still now post 21 days still I haven’t received any updates from them for the refund.

                              The same happened with me for 2 microwaves as well. And guess what these people have given the same order number for both the orders, i.e 14 croma TV and 2 microwaves which were cancelled without any notice. What I saw is return received like WTH.

                              Also, they sent one of my refund to a different account and not in the source account. I have proofs for everything and will file a complaint against these fools in the court soon.

                              The staff and grievance officer is so useless can’t even explain. Check the order no in below mentioned screenshots. And I have already emailed the customer care and grievance officer all the statements and proofs.

                              Worst experience ever with Croma and NEVER EVER ORDERING AGAIN.

                                I ordered a Ps5 on 29thd April and it had an expected delivery date of 5th May. I had raised a complaint to them regarding not keeping me updated regarding the delivery and the status of the product. They raised a service request in the term of ‘Backorder’. Today, which is on 9th May i got a call from their customer support saying that the product i ordered was out of stock and you will have to wait till the product is in stock. I have no updates on the package, the money which i paid is with them and i have no assurance from them. The Order id[protected] is as follows for product "Sony Playstation 5 Digital Edition 825GB SSD (CFI-1008B01R, White)". Im attaching few photos of the service request and the order details

                                  I ordered this LG 1.6 TON AC for my brother who is diagnosed with a severe cancer condition.
                                  He lives in Chennai and to make life a little easy for him I ordered this and right from the date it was delivered to this date, the AC has not worked and umpteen number of calls to the customer care service center is not helping at all.
                                  They say some spare parts is missing and they do not have stock.
                                  Is it that you have supplied us a faulty machine in the first place the is not intended to work at all!

                                  Can you and your organization be a little more empathetic towards my brother and have the AC replaced.
                                  My brother is undergoing chemotherapy right now and it caused a lot of heat in the body and that too in Chennai weather.

                                  I visited your Croma store in Sarjapur Road Bengaluru where the store manager said he will have some one call me back. Nobody called.
                                  He shared two mobile numbers that is not being answered at all. What is the point of giving this if there is not intention to provide service at all???

                                  Both are not answering my calls are calling me back as promised when I visited the store.
                                  Please note we are all senior citizens and visiting the store or following up multiple times in the toll free numbers is way too tiring for us.

                                  Can we get immediate attention? Is there any escalation number that we can contact?

                                  This is truly not resonating with the Senior Man's TATA business at all.

                                    My Name is Adil Badgujar and I had purchase Liebherr FF 472L TDcs Fright on 0ctober 2021 From Croma Juhu store within 4 months Fright Cooling System has been failed and Fright Door has been broken because of very poor quantity which croma store has been provided me.

                                    I had been requested to replace my product on 13 april 2022 but till today no respond, no reply of my mail, no replace from customer care. My Festival of Ramzan has been spoiled because of this deflect product provided by croma Store.
                                    I Complaint this forum to look in it and refund my amount now i dont want to keep relationships with croma

                                      . I have ordered a Sony PlayStation 5 from croma; the delivery status is not correct ; firstly it showed delivered but it didn't deliver to me and I didn't recieve any call from any delivery boy ; after sometime I called customer support but then they said they didn't deliver it yet because they don't have stock of it in pan India. And now they are trying to initiate refund of it and till now I didn't recieve any mail or something regarding refund ; after sometime automatically my order showing in app that return has been initiated ; and i got call from delivery boy that he asked me to pick up but when I didn't recieve any packet how can I gave back it : It is 47490 order which a high value for me ; I am calling continue customer service from last 2 days but they are not resolving my problem ; now it's too difficult to handle the things
