[Resolved]  Croma — Refund of gift voucher

I have made a purchase online for a product Samsung T7 Solid state drive 500gb in CROMA online store, i used a gift voucher worth value of Rs.5344 and a UPI payment of Rs.651 and another Tata Neu reward of Rs.104 . Total payment amounting to Rs.6099.. The transaction was unsuccessful but the payment got debited. The company policy says refund will be issued within 7 to 10 maximum working days. But it has been around 16 days and the refund has not been processed, only the UPI paymen was refunded on the 10th of SEPTEMBER 2022 after 13 days and multiple phone calls to the croma online customer care associates, still the gift voucher is not yet refunded despite calling them multiple times... I want the gift voucher refunded
