Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a strong complaint regarding a refrigerator I purchased from M/s. Infinity Retail Limited (Croma Stores) on 27th February 2025, vide Tax Invoice No: SLRSI2985744 or Order ID: SOA[protected]Product: CROMA REF DC 215L 3SMG- CRLR215DCD008903). The unit was delivered to my residence at A-172, Sector 26, Noida, UP - 201301.
Since the purchase within a period of just two months, I have had to raise 10 separate complaints to your customer care regarding recurring issues such as excessive cooling, water leakage, excess moisture, and repeated breakdowns. Despite multiple service visits, the problems persist as such and have not been resolved to date.

It is evident that the refrigerator delivered to me is defective, causing undue inconvenience and stress. I made this purchase in good faith, paying Rs. 14, 240.50 from my hard-earned money, with the expectation of a reliable product and after-sales support. Unfortunately, repeated service visits have not resolved the core issues.
This is not a tenable situation. My wife and daughter live alone at this address, and it is not feasible for them to manage frequent service calls and visits of technical person, up to 4–5 times a month.
Considering the above, I humbly but firmly request that you either:
1. Replace the defective refrigerator with a fully functional new unit, or
2. Initiate a full refund of Rs. 14, 240.50 at the earliest.
Should there be no satisfactory action taken within 7 working days, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum/Court for redressal.
