Croma — Request for immediate refund for undelivered product marked delivered

Laptop order date - 25.08.25 with online payment.
Delivery date - 28.08.25
But in the midnight of 28.08.25 at 00:01 am I got a mail that order has been delivered. But I haven't received it yet.

Emailed the customer support, talked with customer care and file service request complaint at croma but no proper response. And no update from logistics partner said by customer care.

I want my refund. I am a student and it's a huge amount for me.
