[Resolved]  Croma — Request for repair of refrigerator under extended warranty plan

I bought Samsung refrigerator from chrome on 21.5.2024. Samsung refrigerator compressor broke down on 2.05.2025. I have requested repairs from Chrome several times, emailed and even posted on X, but nothing has been done from their side.
I have bought 3 year extended warranty plan (3 Yr. ZIP EW) from croma and it is valid from 21st May 2025 we should get free service but they haven't done anything.
They have troubled, harassed me for 4 days for the first of the 3 basic needs "Roti (food), Kapda (clothing) and Makaan (shelter)".
