Dear Sir
I had bought a Croma Samsung TV on 12th August from their Phoenix Lower Parel showroom and was in contact with one Mr. Saad Quereshi. However on the same day we realised that the size of the TV was very big to accommodate at our home and on the 12th itself we called and informed the salesperson concerned. On the 13th of August we used the online option to cancel the sale and have an acknowledgment for the same. However the salesperson to ensure his target not being affected revoked my cancellation and when we enquired after 4 days to check about the refund we were told by the online customer service executive the same has not been cancelled and the product is out for delivery and when we get the call we should refuse the delivery and at that point it will be cancelled and they making a note of the same and the refund should happen by 24th or 25th August.. when we received a call from the delivery person and informed him about the cancellation on the 18th of august ..and all this we have the records .. Mr. Qureshi has been avoiding our calls and today we get the information that the product is going to be delivered to our home. After which we asked for the store manager and dept head and made an issue after which we are told we will cancel right away and Mr. Querishi has missed cancelling it in the system. I have lost out on 20 days of interest for an amount of 80000/- and the store manager in a casual tone tells me that its not the issue of CRoma or the store its the salesperson problem and hence no compensation nor anything can be done.. I can cancel today and let you know if you can get the refund asap.

I am so disappointed by Croma refuse to shop again at their store... The customer service and distress they have put me in cannot be compensated with a casual sorry.
