We purchased Samsung Refrigerator FF 530L on dated[protected] with invoice no-SLRS10806047 through Croma centre Golden I Store, located at Plot No-11 tech zone-4, Amrapali Leisure valley Greater Noida, UP-201009.

To our sheer disappointment the product is malfunctioned and not working at par ...we have lodged complaint and the service engineer has changed some part of the refrigerator related to cooling unit, within few months the same problem of non cooling has persisted again...
This is a complete cheat product and deceiving to the end users like us, kindly take up the matter on serious note and resolve the same on fast track.

we want complete refund or replacement of the unit with immediate effect.
