[Resolved] Croma — super general ac 1.5 ton | |||
This is to bring your kind attention that i have purchased a split ac from your croma indirapuram outlet and details are as below: Company name - super general Ac type - split Date of purchase - 20/04/2017 Since the purchase, i have filed several complaints that my a/c is not working properly with both croma and super general but my complaint has not yet been resolved. After some complaints, a technician visited my residence but post checkup he concluded that the problem is with service. Hence, i called the service engineer to resolve the problem after explaining everything. He made some inspection and came to a conclusion that there was a gas leakage. I just don't understand that despite of regular services how come he could not notice the same at the previous services. This is something highly unacceptable from a brand like croma to include the products from such a company like super general for sale in their outlets who bamboozle the customer and eventually malign the image of croma. Since the purchase, i have been complaining about the problem which has still not been resolved. Kindly, resolve this case asap or else i'll be left with no option but log a complain in consumer forum about the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have 2 croma privileges cards which shows expired when I tried to redeem. Card doesn’t have any expiry date. On back of the card, it says Card is valid till one year but it is not even one year that I have received this card. I seek for resolution on this matter. Card value is 2500 INR.
