I have purchased a hp laptop from croma ambience mall vasant kunj on 20 jul 19

They handed over second hand laptop

On being reported the matter they exchanged

As per offer they told u will get a sleeve with laptop on 21 jul

However they called me four times to there showroom and denied sleeve with one or the other reason

When i contacted the store head he told me that i was unable to give a justified reasoning

I just wanted to highlight the incompetence of staff at croma ambience mall vasant kunj

I have seen your advertisement for online purchase on monday by paytm will give 5% cash discount. And hence i had taken online purchase on monday. But till date i have not received the discount from paytm. Why you are giving such type of adv on your online purchase.

    Please look into the matter and give me my cash back immediately.

      Hi,

      Myself mahendra ghag from thane, i am trying to buy one samsung mobile worth 19500 from croma outlets against 2 gifts cards each worth 10000 rupees.
      The croma salesman is denying the transaction saying only card could be used against one invoice and they cant club 2 cards. This is harrassement and not acceptable.
      Can i get the requisite answer and solution my problem?

      Croma retailers are saying that call us we will file service request on your behalf.. but when are requesting them to do this thing, no one is taking care, no on is following up. Its been more than 15 days, i request for ac service through croma. But thats really disappointing.

        Hi, I have purchased a Juicer of Croma brand almsot six month back. One of the plastic top cover damaged. I have visited Croma store (Growels' 101, kandivali-East, Mumbai) and informed that i would like to purchase this part. The part was not in stock, so customer care informed me that they will check and revert back in week. No response in that week and after follow-up i understood they don't have part available. They said they will check on other locations for availability of parts. However no positive response after multiple follow-up, even the customer care and store in-charge don't pick up my phones neither revert back.
        Very bad experience.

          On 29.06.2019 i visit at croma store (Century bazaar mumbai) with my laptop because of difficult to find to open laptop screen. I told the croma staff mr akash ashiyani (Sales persone) that i have purchased laptop from your store from last 1.5 year and now difficult to find to open laptop screen. When we going to open that time we found some gapes on screen plate.
          I all ready told him the problem but by croma staff mr akash ashiyani had not taken any care while opening a screen, he directly forcefully open laptop screen and that time laptop get more damages, laptop screen open...
          That time at incident place another croma staff was available there (Mr rasen devendram).
          I told him to stop to open laptop screen and ask to called technical person.
          The technical staff (Mr nafis) checked and told me that laptop hinges got damages due to that laptop not properly handling. But he not ready to accept that laptop got more damages because of staff. I told to store manager (Mr nitin naik) he also not ready to accept the mistake done by his staff. I told him that i want my laptop to be repaired. They told me that will send to hp service centre and send quotation regarding repair charges...
          They take all most 10 days to send me quotation of repair charges.

          On 08.07.2019 they send me quatation by mail for rs 12999 repair charges.

          Why i have to bear this much charges where laptop get more damages by store persone only.

          Again i visited the store on 11.07.2019 that time mr nafis (It persone) told me that store manager is not available at this time he is on leave so we can't help you, told me to come again on 13.07.2019.

          Again i visited on 13.07.2019 but that time also mr nafis (It persone) told me that manager is not available in store so we can't help you. That day also employee (Mr rasen devendram) said that employee mr akash ashiyani had open the laptop screen forcefully.

          Again i visited on 15.07.2019 that time employee (Mr rasen devendram) denied from his statement that mr akash ashiyani not open the laptop screen forcefully. Store manager (Mr nitin naik) also not accepting that laptop got damages by his staff (Mr akash ashiyani).
          I told him from first day that you can check your cc camera. But they have not checked cc camera.
          Again they told me that we will check and inform you same.

          Again i visited in croma 17.07.2019 that day croma not bothered to respond me. Again that day one supervisor told me that manager is not available so we can't help you.

          Again before visiting the store i called mr raj mahalek on 18.07.2019. When i called that time they told me that please visit the store.

          Again i visit the store on 19.07.2019, but store manager mr nitin naik not ready to accept the mistake done by his staff mr akash ashiyani. Store manager waited me 2 hour to show me the çc camera footage. Cc camera footage showing that by mr akash ashiyani had open laptop screen forcefully but store manager also not ready accept that.
          Told me that repair charges is 12999/- by quoting authorised hp service centre for to change whole body of laptop.
          This type of seller and service centre charge so much amt to repair.
          New laptop purchase cost is 30000/- and repair charges is 13000/-
          Finally croma store not repaired my laptop. They take 21 days to check the çc camera. Result is zero.
          I visited to store 5 to 6 times between 21 days but they not bothered.
          Very very worst customer service in croma retail.
          It seems croma just for selling the product. No customer service. I will suggest the people not to buy the product from any croma store.

            My college supplied us with tata croma tablet in 2015 after finishing 2 years of our course my tablet stopped working.
            So i visited tata croma store near me.
            They told me that it can't be repaired as it's outdated model.
            Almost every student in my class has this complain.
            Please take action against my case and help me repair this tablet or please give the replacement.

              As i purchased my hp 15g-dr0006tx laptop on 25th february-2019 from croma store himalaya mall-ahamdabad. My issue is the bill of my laptop is totally vanished out. So i want to get duplicate bill. Nowdays my machine is showing me some issues. For authorised service from your croma store i need my bill. So i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                I have purchase lg tv around one month ago from croma, preet vihar... And during purchasing sales man have offered me no of offer like

                1. Exchange of crt tv under lg scheme

                2. I will get gift voucher from croma with in one month

                3. With in 3 months i will get 5℅ cash back from hdfc...

                But still tv has not exchanged and still waiting for gift voucher... It seems croma just for the selling products.. They can offer any thing...

                Really it is worst selling practice...

                You are just losing your coustmer...

                Kindly let me know abt all three offers as above mentioned... When it will realize... Or just giving false offer by you...

                  I purchased a macbook pro laptop on[protected] and on the bill a 5% cashback within 150 days was mentioned. Till date no cashback has been received. On calling customer care, they keep telling me to wait, the cashback will be posted. This is shameful on part of croma since I have been a loyal customer of theirs. I could have purchased my laptop online but I preferred croma but in return am feeling cheated.

                    I had ordered ideal refrigerator stand from croma.com; that has 4 parts for assembly but in the courier i received there are only 3 parts received - 4th rod is missing. Further nutbolts for assembly were also missing so this product was returned to croma vide following details (Complaint no. Sr[protected]; order confirmation[protected]. Post that on 2nd july that replacement was provided but again with bigger size stand,
                    My order number[protected] was reversed pickup by the croma parson and i was delivered replacement (Order number: sle001ec1090762 of 202302) with 1 bigger size refrigerator stand, hence, the replacement was also taken back by the croma person, now there is no refund/ replacement is provided to me yet.

                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                      I had recently purchased an lg led 109cm 43uk6360 uhd/4k (Item code: 211273) on the 7th of july 2019 and with invoice no. Bearing - sla[protected]. I was assured a delivery date of 8th july 2019. I have always had a pleasant experience with croma but today was the worst. I was assured a quick delivery however that was not the case. Despite frequent follow-ups my interactions with the croma personnel a mr. Mayur ([protected]) and a anita ([protected]) have been fruitless.

                      At the last moment they tell me that all the pieces are sold out and they are giving me the showroom piece. I have never asked for the same but had purchased a new piece. This is thorough harassment because if they had told me about this at the time of purchase, i would not have volunteered to buy a showroom piece. This is pure harassment meant only to raise sales and hurt gullible customers. I request that a new piece be sent to me or my money be refunded for the same.

                        Pathetic response from customer care of chroma store. I bought one mobile from chroma connaught place delhi december 2018 model one plus 6t at the time of purchase salesman asked me to take extended warranty @rs2600 & told me that if phone ll get any problem during two years company means chroma person ll collect it from your place within 18 hours and ll get repaired within 48 hours and
                        Chroma company ll deliver the same at your place within committed time. Today my phone got issue of power on when i called customer care chroma for the said issue he told me that you visit our nearest chroma store to get your phone repaired because the phone is in warranty and refused to collect the phone from my place. I make a appeal to chroma store kindly keep your words at the time of sale,

                          One of the biggest fraud and cheater and careless croma service. If i want give a review for croma service i will give them minus 100. Worst service in my life.
                          I purchased daikin 1.5 ton inverter ac from ur bandra store on 20th june with invoice no sla[protected] it installed and 21st. After installing it cooling not started properly, he said it wil start after 3/4 hours but tht not happened and from next day only it started giving problem like ac flap closed automatically, no cooling at all water leakage after calling many times on service centre and all their people continuously for 4/5 days may be 5 persons came and daily theyvused to say ki otheer person will come and he will solve the problems. I mailed two times to croma but there is no reply from them and i requested for refund and calling continuously for last 10 days every day they say we will get back to u but till date there is no proper reply from them. Now i will take action against them

                            I bought Dell laptop on 17th june 2019 from Koramangala Croma store, and I have received invoice copy without service tag no, and again I reached to Croma customer care executive for duplicate invoice with service tag no, and I have received the same on 24th June and I have registered for 2yrs additional warranty which is providing by dell, I have made the payment as well, later from dell side I got reply stating that "whatever the service tag which is given by retailer is already provided to the other customer in 2018, due to that we could not process your warranty". Hence I contacted customer support executive for the assistance they rudly ended up saying visit to store where I bought laptop. Its really inconvenient for me to visit store again and again, Due to Croma retailers mistake I have to suffer and even I would not able to claim my 2yrs additional warranty I am really fed of with the service. I am requesting you to take this case as a priority and resolve as early as possible
                            Note: I need the invoice with new service tag(which is not allocated to anyone else) with updated date because for warranty registration has to be done within the 7days of invoice date.

                              I am abhishek balodi and i recently purchased a samsung qled tv q60r from the newly opened branch of croma at thane west, beside the vijay sales showroom.

                              The billing date is - 17th june 2019, and the tv got delivered on 20th june, installed on 21st june.

                              This tv was not on display in the store and a larger tv was shown to me (55 inch) which looked good. I was convinced by the sales people there that there is hardly any difference in 50 inches tv and 55 inches. The day the tv got delivered/installed, i called up the sales person and mentioned that i am not happy with the tv as its aspect ratio is not adjustable and the tv is much smaller than expected. The same weekend, 2 days later i went to the store manager and mentioned that there are issues with the tv and i would immediately like it replaced. The store manager, mr. Jatin refused to do anything. The sales person also spoke to the store manager on our behalf but he refused to budge. I went again yesterday, 29th june to complaint of the same and he refused again without giving any reason. I don't understand why such pathetic customer service is being provided at such a big retail company, when i am ready to pay. Please provide resolution here. The tv's aspect ratio doesn't change which is a huge problem and we were not informed of this earlier. We were also told that if you would like to replace or exchange the product that is possible within 10 days. But none of this happened and now the manager is just being a stuck up troublemaker.

                              Sir, I purchased a water dispenser of Super General from Croma Store in DLF Mall sector-18 Noida but it has only two option with hot & cold water only it do not have normal water option. Despite many request they are not replacing the ame its very bad on your part. Please rectify my problem as soon a posible

                                I purchased a refrigerator worth rs 78, 311 from croma, vadodara; we had requested the sales consultant to send somebody for site visit as the item is expensive and we were doubtful about whether it would fit. However, without the visit, they delivered the product, before we could check, the delivery people unboxed it and left in a hurry. Now the refrigerator doesn't fit, we requested the store to exchange for a smaller one and buy something else for the remaining money but there is nobody at the store to support us neither are we able to meet the manager nor get through to him. We are very loyal to croma, but it seems its not the other way around. We are very dissatisfied with how our purchasing experience. To add to this, when we enquired in another store, the same model was available for rs 65, 000 ; we have been cheated out of rs 13, 000 by croma, on top of this they are not even supporting us on the matter of size issues.

                                I emailed my problem to croma HQ, they instantly got in touch with me and the store in Vadodara, also the manager took prompt actions and our problem was resolved . We are much happy and relieved . Croma staff is very kind and helpful .

                                  I ordered a fridge from croma outlet on 10th june 2019. At the visit was informed that it wil take 8-10 days for the delivery was ok... Since then they havnt informed about the current status and no news from them... Tryin on their customer service no. They are answering d call and not responding... Im tensed for the amount i have paid already... On that the officials in croma mentioned to purchase some other companys fridge... Every official is informing all difrant things which i cnt make a note of as they arent demselfs sure about. 1 official said that der is a defect in the product while delivering so v had to return it... The other is sayin company hasnt snd the product yet... The other is sayin production had stopped by the company as dey found a defect... Im not able to understnd wat d real issue is... Totally croma has failed...

                                    We had purchsed 60 croma led hd ready 80cm/32 inch crel7318 tv's from infinity retail limited, mumbai. Out of these 60 we are facing problems of 3 tv's which are not working. Several times we tried to contact but in vain. This has been since 2 plus months which is yet to be replaced or repaired.                                       I was misled. Oneplus 7 was already launched at 4th June at Rs.32999/- and the price of Oneplus 6T (8GB RAM+ 128GB IS) came down to Rs.27999/-. Sales man has not disclosed me the fact, restricted me to limited choices and convinced me to take the old model at a price at which Oneplus 7 was available in the market, even in CROMA, Malad Mumbai.

                                      This is a huge shocking for me as TATA is a big brand and I have immense trust on TATA brand. So far so that I relied on the Sales Man's offer and purchased the product giving him excellent rating.

                                      I will be happy to know that my complaint is addresses in appropriate manner immediately.

                                        I purchased a Whirlpool 7m5kg top loader washing machine on 14th june, 2019 and i received the product on 16th june. I was told at the time of purchase that store will send respective person for installation and demo within 24 hrs. I have been following up the store team since then and given a complaint to croma customer care on 17th june, and yet no response from their side. Today is 20th june and their store team is still asking for time...
