Croma — Transaction failed, payment deducted, but money not being refunded

I tried placing Mixer grinder the first transaction failed but money was deducted from my card.I called the customer care asking for the status and assistance for the same.All three times Its said I will get a call maximum within 24 hrs. about the same, but I have received no calls/mails/etc.
Neither have they confirmed that the money is there stuck or when can I expect it.
I will have to pay the credit card bill with interest if not refunded soon.
