I tried placing JBL Flip 5 order on[protected], the first transaction failed but money was deducted form my card. I reordered the product with another payment, hoping the deducted amount will be refunded back.
I called the customer care on 19th, 21th and 22nd April, asking for the status and assistance for the same.
All three times Its said I will get a call maximum within 24 hrs. about the same, but I have received no calls/mails/etc.
Neither have they confirmed that the money is there stuck or when can I expect it.
I will have to pay the credit card bill with interest if not refunded soon.
