Dear Customer Care,
We have purchased Symphony Hi Flo Air cooler from Croma, Katraj branch on 02 Apr 2022 & received delivery on 04 Apr 2022 at 08.30 PM.
When start the cooler, we found it's blower not operating at low speed when we set it on low from speed regulator.
It's defective piece we received & it's observed before use which is known to delivery person. So delivery person informed to Croma Katraj Branch & updated us to contact customer care. Today on 5th Apr 2022 I communicated this issue to Customer care on call, but customer care executive asked us to raise the complaint online as system is down. Why Customer care executive person is asking customer to raise the complain on portal as it's their responsibility to log the complaint & provide the feedback & response to customer. Then I have raised the issue online on Croma.com

After that I got the SMS as,

Next day i get the SMS as,
Hi, the Installation Request BOF050422ID16417 for your SYMPHONY P/COOLER 27L HIFLO has been cancelled. Rgds, Team Croma. Reach us at[protected]. More Details: https://www.croma.com/my-account/service-requests
During this i tried to call to customer care on mentioned contact # but call was getting drop several time without any reason. Then from internet i searched for Croma Katraj contact # [protected]. So here i can able to contact Croma person, but same issue i face They said wait, we will check & send the person to check, but not today may be tomorrow & When i raise the concern of service & said i am going to fill Complaint Registration Form. They speak arrogantly saying "No problem for us, you can fill it"
If this is the approach towards customer service then, It's spoiling the brand name "Croma" due to such executive.
Also Product is purchased on 02 Mar 2022 & Till the service engineer provide the demo it takes a week time to use that product by customer which needs to be improve. the same day of delivery installation should happen, so that customer can use the purchase thing for which they have paid money & not to get hamper because of executive who don't know professionalism to deal with customers.
