Unable to open / login youtube and unable to update any application that was provided by croma. When i try to contact technical team, they are saying, we cant update any application once it's upgraded. is this fair?
if this is the case who will buy croma product ? now am doubting croma is branded or not ? almost 2 am checking with support team but still am not getting proper solution.

Hi Team,
I bought Croma TV on 16month back at Tnagar chennai croma showroom, suddenly tv got switched off with some issue. We booked service request on February 17th 2022. Almost 5 to 6 technician came and they told it's not repairable issue better to check with croma headoffice support team. Finally they assigned two person 1. Shivashankar and 2. Chandrashekar they looked into it and they said we will try to give replacement and we are waiting for approval but now shivashankar left from Croma help desk and that ticket is assigned to 3.sathish, he is saying for TV restarting issue and application software related issue we will offer Firestick / FireTV which is an small device to connect applications like YouTube, etc...

I don't want Firestick instead please update my TV software as soon as possible. It should allow me to signin YouTube and other applications.

I was talking with everyone as an cool manner. But still am not getting any proper response we bought almost 3 Croma TV's for friends and relatives but we never faced any issue on those. Am very tired of speaking with technical team. I just want proper solution. Hope i I'll get proper response for this complaints.

    Hi,
    I ordered a Voltas Beko French Door Refrigerator amount 87490 INR, Order ID:[protected], Registered Mobile No:+91-[protected] on 6th Apr'22 which was shown to be delivered in 2 days. After delay in delivery I inquired on 8th Apr'22 but they confirmed only on 11th that product is out of stock and can't be delivered. I asked for refund and after not getting any response I call customer care they confirmed on 13th Apr that refund has been initiated.
    It was supposed to be credited in 5-7 days, but I did not receive any money, upon calling the customer care several times they have given 3 different reference numbers for payment done which is of no use because my bank has confirmed there is no payment made and it need to be checked from Croma's end.
    I am attaching here my latest bank statement. Kindly help with the refund as I am not getting any response from Croma Retail and my money is stuck.

      I complained regarding this on 13 April 2022. One person visited and told the thermostat is faulty, it shall be replaced. Then after 2 days I received this

      I complained again and spoke to the CC. I was told the compressor is malfunctioning and the product shall be replaced.

        I purchased REDMI NOTE 11 PRO on Saturday 23/04/2022, phone give me lot of problems like hang, over heat, video quality is not good, videos are blur, apps are not properly work... And so on

        I request you to refund my money...
        Pls, do the needful
        And also when I purchase the product there is no demo piece also, croma staff told me to pay first and then only we open the product... So there is no option for me to demo this product... Hope u understand my concern.. Pls refund my money... Pls pls...

        I did not like this phone, while recording...other end people also hear the sound of "your is being recorded"... Pls... Refund my money or arrange for replace new phone

          I ordered redmi 55inch tv on 17th april and tv was to be delivered on 20th april but the product delivery was delayed and it got delivered on 23rd april. Now no one is coming for installation and not getting any calls from technicians who should come to install this tv. Even after calling customer care they are saying to wait 24hrs to 48 hrs since the 48hrs window is also completed. Customer care just ignoring the case and not looking into it seriously need to do the installtion anyhow since it has been a week now after ordering the tv

              I, Paresh Nanda, had ordered an Symphony Touch 35 Air cooler from Croma's website on (12th April 2022), for the Order number #SLE001EC4804451. The features of the product mentioned on the website were far different from the product I received. The product received by me was similar to the one I had ordered but had no such features as mentioned on their website. The moment I noticed this I requested Croma to replace the model and deliver the requested one. But even after repetitive complaints and requests my complaint wasn't given an ear by them.

              To top the issue the customer service was rude and annoying to me as well. They were adamant to replace the product but not with the one I had demanded and paid for. This is completely wrongful and unlawful behavior. They aren't even apologizing for their intolerable deed and are wasting my precious time as well. Croma is absolutely doing the wrong to their customers and is cheating with them frequently. Hence, I request you to please look into the matter and take some action against Croma as soon as possible.

                  This is regarding one of the product I purchased from the Croma and it’s a refrigerator, it was delivered to me on 6th of November 2021 and as I was travelling and this product was for my new home I kept it at there and decided to open when I shift there, so yesterday 22nd April when I called the Samsung installation person for installation I came to know my product is damaged very badly and it’s the fault of Croma, I have all the evidence from the day it was delivered the photos of the box and which condition it was received and unboxing video where the product is damaged….

                    I tried placing JBL Flip 5 order on[protected], the first transaction failed but money was deducted form my card. I reordered the product with another payment, hoping the deducted amount will be refunded back.
                    I called the customer care on 19th, 21th and 22nd April, asking for the status and assistance for the same.
                    All three times Its said I will get a call maximum within 24 hrs. about the same, but I have received no calls/mails/etc.br...

                    Complaint for not replacing the spilit 1.5 ton ac purchased from croma under order no.Soao[protected] of 19.3.2022 by croma, chandigarh-160022

                    i purchased one ac of 1.5 ton capacity on 19.3.22 which is not giving the cooling to my satisfaction. Despite i followed up the matter of immediately return and replacement by new one for the last more than one month. I regretfully say nothing is done neither by trader nor by the manufacturing company as on date whereas the appliance is on replacements worth ₹39, 918-80 which is gone in vain as the output is not upto my satisfaction due to the poor cooling. I understand that this particular carries defective nature needs immediate return and replacement. I reiterate that croma is failed to satisfy. During this i facing the hottest environment because of this investment failed as
                    the dealer/manufacturers is giving most unbusinesslike behaviour resulted fully dissatisfication.

                    I request you to please help me in an immediate settlement towards replacement on an immediate time by croma
                    without further loss

                        E-gift card expired, Need to renew due to Covid situations

                        Hello,

                        I had 2 Croma e-gift cards worth 5000 each, total 10000 Rupees and both the e-gift cards expired recently on 17th April.
                        I was unable to redeem both the gift cards since last year due to Covid / lockdown situations last year. Also, many for months the Croma shops were also closed so I was unable to decide on purchasing or using the gift cards.

                            I ordered Apple iPhone 13 on 19th April with my HDFC credit card for 6 months EMI mode. I got confirmation sms from HDFC about this transaction, whereas I didn't received any order detail/confirmation email from Croma.

                              Hi I placed my order for Apple MacBook Air (MGN63HN/A) M1 Chip macOS Big Sur Laptop (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Apple M1 GPU, 33.78 for invoice number SLE001EC1679047 and order number[protected] and still haven't received my cash back since I placed my order on 13th April 2021. It has been a year since I have been waiting for the cash back and the ideal wait time is 120 days for the same. I request you to resolve this matter immediately since I have reached out to the customer case multiple times with no help from their end whatsoever. Please look into this as soon as possible!

                                I ordered an Apple Iphone 13 (128 GB, Blue) on 19th April around 7:00 PM in the evening. The amount got deducted from my credit card, but I received no order confirmation whatsoever on SMS, mail and my croma profile. My order history does not show anything at all and is empty.

                                I sincerely request you to please check into this matter as soon as possible, as I have filed multiple complaints and the customer service team is not helpful at all. I request your immediate assistance for the same, and I expect this to be resolved as quickly as possible.

                                Mere sath bhi yehi hua hai samajh nhi aata inka payment gateway itna ghatiya hai ki yehi fraud hai. Mujhe bhi janna hai kitne dino me ye solve hoga mere 8499.10 INR fash gye hai

                                  My order of IPhone 13 (128 GB, MLPH3HN/A, PINK) was not confirmed by your website portal. I did not receive any mail or SMS on my purchase, nor does it show on "My Order" page.
