Croma — Unresolved screen issue for sony led 65x90k

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved screen issue in my Sony LED 163.9cm (65X90K UHD/4K) television purchased from your store on[protected], with Invoice No: SLRS3952419. I also purchased an extended warranty with Invoice No: SLA[protected].

I initially raised a service request on 5th May 2025, followed by a second ticket on 25th May 2025. Despite multiple technician visits for both service requests, no resolution has been provided till date. Shockingly, both tickets were closed without my consent and without the issue being resolved.

The technicians, during their visits, verbally informed me that the issue was submitted and pending approval but still chose to close the tickets without any proper communication or resolution. This is a clear case o[censored]nprofessional and negligent service behaviour.

It has now been over two months, and the issue remains unresolved. This delay and lack of accountability have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

I demand that this matter be given immediate attention and a final resolution be provided at the earliest.
