Croma — Urgent: 3 days delay in old ac pickup false promises, no action & installation held up

Three days ago, I received delivery of a new AC from Croma. Shortly after delivery, a technician came to inspect the old AC and informed me that someone would arrive soon to collect it. Since then, no one has come to pick up the old unit, and I have been left waiting in the heat with no functional AC.

I have contacted Croma customer care more than 20 times, and every single time I’ve been falsely assured that “the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.” It’s been over 72 hours, and nothing has been done.

Due to this negligence, the new AC has not been installed, and my family is suffering in high temperatures while we wait endlessly. I even offered that if pickup isn’t possible, they should at least proceed with installation and demo, but there’s been no action or accountability from their side.

This experience has been mentally exhausting and physically unbearable. I expect immediate resolution, or I will be forced to escalate this issue through legal and public channels.
