Croma — Urgent Complaint Wrongful Delivery of My Order

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of my order, which was placed on 20 march 2025 through croma website. As per the estimated delivery date, I was supposed to receive my product by 23 March 2025, but it did not got delivered to me and when i contacted the customer care it stated that my order has been taken by a person named Anita . How can they give my order to anybody without otp and verifying the identity of the person . I had already paid for the order by UPI before delivery from the website and it has still not reached me I contacted the customer care of Croma 5-6 times and they always say that they will resolve my issue within 24 hours but till now its been a lot of time (around 7 days) but they have not done anything till now . How can they give my order to anybody whom i even don't know and without otp also.

Product Name: macmerise Man vs Machine Neoprene Laptop Sleeve for 15 Inch Laptop (Water Resistant, Multi Color)

Payment Mode: Paid Online (UPI)

Order Status: Delivered (shown in Croma website but not reached me till now)

Problems Faced:
not delivered to me till now and it shows Delivered in website

I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times via email and phone calls, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Requested Resolution:
I request an immediate update on my order status and an exact delivery date. If the product cannot be delivered immediately, I demand a full refund at the earliest.

Failure to address this issue within 24 hours will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Consumer Court, and other appropriate authorities.

I hope for a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Please treat this as urgent.

They are not answering the calls now i have dialed them a lot of time and now its been more than 2 weeks when will i get my order
