Croma — Urgent: non-delivery of order tc[protected] immediate action required

I placed an order for the ILIFE A20 Pro Vacuum Cleaner via the Tata Neu app (Order ID: TC[protected] on 24th June, with the promised delivery date of 25th June as per the app.

The shipment tracking ID provided is Bluedart [protected]. However, when I track the shipment, it displays the status: "Need department name / extension number." This is highly inappropriate, as the shipping address provided is my residential address, and there is no department or extension involved.

I have paid the full amount at the time of purchase, but the product has not been delivered till date and time.

Kindly immediately confirm whether the product will be delivered or not. In case delivery is not possible, I demand a full refund without any delay.
