Croma — Urgent: refund not received order cancelled, no product delivered

I ordered a TWS (earbuds) from Croma's official website after reading some seemingly positive reviews. I made the payment via UPI and a ₹500 gift voucher, totaling ₹799. However, after doing further research through external sources, I found that the product actually had very poor reviews, so I immediately cancelled the order.

According to Croma’s policy, the refund should be processed within 7 business days. But even after waiting, filing multiple complaints, and calling customer care, nothing happened. The customer support team just repeats the same scripted line: “Refund has been initiated, ” without providing any real help or resolution. No updates. No action.

As of today, I have neither received the product nor my hard-earned money back.

This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life.in the future, I will make sure that no one in my circle ever buys from Croma. Extremely disappointed.
