Worst ever customer service support
I have bought a water dispenser from them of croma make. The water tap keeps getting spoilt every few days and the customer service support team takes 2 months to fix it. You have to hold the customer care number for 30-40 mins and after that they keep promising you everytime that the service team will visit but nobody ever visits. My recent experience is as follows :
Following are the complaints lodged and each time we have to hold for 30-40 mins

Numerous other calls which i dont remember.
The call centre person will refuse to transfer the line to their seniors. After lot of efforts if you get hold of the senior he will assure the work will done next day but you have to keep calling. Next time the same senior manager will not come on line and will purposely put you onto some other manager. They refuse to give alternate numbers or names or email ids for writing to the company or seniors. The senior manager will thank you if warn him of complaining to higher authorities. Its useless to even talk to them.
Its disgusting to buy anything from croma. Either throw away the product if it gets spoilt or have patience to follow up forever.
I will never buy any product from croma in mylife again. My mistake to go by the goodwill of tatas. Was this information helpful? |
