I purchased a washing machine from Croma New Town, Kolkata after confirming with the salesman (Mr. Somnath) that it had WiFi. But after delivery, I found it does not support WiFi. I’ve been following up for 15+ days with no proper resolution. Instead of correcting their mistake, the store tried to offer me a ₹1000 gift voucher to stay quiet — which is insulting. This is a clear case of mis-selling, cheating, and mental harassment. I demand an immediate replacement with the correct model and strict action against those responsible.
