I had buy ZipCare protect - advance 2 year for water purifiers wiith order ID - TC[protected] on Jul'2004, now my servicing was overdue when connected to engineers who was came earlier in warranty period he had denied due to he don't have details of additional 2 years warranty record.

Hence kindly check and resolve the issue on priority.
