Respected sir, i did a neft of 7000 rs from my maharashtra gramin bank savings account (A/c no.:[protected]) to my csc wallet account (A/c: csc[protected] on 31st march 2018 the money was debited from my maharashtra gramin bank account but was not credited to the csc wallet account. I have contacted to the csc people but they are not helping. Please help with this ineed the money very badly. The utr no for transaction is utr:mahgn[protected].

I generate tkt on csc portel & also mail and contect to related but not provide help & solution for cancellation or currection in idv on uiic motor inaurance policy which is wrong print...
I think it is problem of software because it is also auto generate od discount 30% instead of 20%...

सविनय निवेदन है कि मैंने 28/12/2017 को दो बार digipay से कस्टमर का withdraw किया फिर उसके बाद 10000 रु किसी कस्टमर के खाते में deposit किया वो diposit किया हुआ txn decline हो जाता है पर कस्टमर के a/c में पैसा diposit हो जाता है और लगभग 26 सेकेण्ड के बाद उसके a/c से वही पैसा अपने आप withdraw हो जाता है और जव में full syne करके देखता हु तो वो पैसा मेरे digipay wallet में दिखा नही रहा है कृपया करके वो पैसा 10000 रु० जल्द से जल्द मेरे digipay wallet में भेजने की कृपा करे

Sir/madam,

Its an serious complaint against your vle (Csc center) located at no.9/2, main rd, in mettu street, k. K. Nagar, mannivakkam, chennai-600048. Mobile numbers: [protected], [protected].

On 9th december 2017 ie. Yesterday i had visited the above said center for ration card (Smart card) print as we had not received the smart card. They printed the smart card and charged rs.80/-.

After that they said i need to provide aadhar card numbers inorder to add others name in the card.

After providing all the documents, they said i need to take the print of aadhar card once again as they are not able to scan the bar code even after providing the original aadhar card. Beleiving to their words i agreed and they printed the aadhar card ie. One in color and another in black and white.

Then after they tried to scan the aadhar card using their mobile but couldnt do so. When i questioned them that even though i provided them the original aadhar card you were not able to scan the bar code and unnecessarly had generated another copy? They said since they were not able to get it scanned they had to generate another. But it was to mint money by fooling me.

Then after they said they will update the address and ration shop first and then try to add the member later.

After updating the present address and shop number i asked them to add the members using the aadhar card. But the failed to do so stating that there might be some problem with the server with csc and they are not able to reach the customer care of csc centre.

They assured that they wil update it later. Beleiving to theri words i agreed and was shocked when they asked me to pay rs. 370/-

When i questioned them they said for color printout they charge rs.40/- and for black and white rs.30/- which is purely grabbing.

And there was another shock: for updating the address in the ration card they charged rs.300/-.

When i stared questioning further another lady started shouting at me. Both of they were using filthy language and were threatining me to pay the said amount and when i asked them to provide a bill they said the dont have any bills. I said i can only pay if they provide a bill. Then after they asked me to pay 325/-. I did not compramise and asked them to provide the bill. Then they wrote on a white sheet and signed on it. When i questioned that they asked me to pay rs.325/- the other girl said that since they had given an bill they cant reduce the amount and i need to pay rs.370/- as i did not have that much money i told them that i will withdraw money from atm and pay them. They asked me to surrender the all the documets which even i brought and then let me go to withdraw money.

No other way i had to travel about 2 kms to withdraw the money and pay them.

After paying they were saying that non of them opposed for charging huge amount. Instead they pay even rs.1000/- saying that they dont get the work done even if they visit thasildhar office. They were saying that they spent in lakhs for printer etc and need to pay yearly fees of rs.50000/- to the government as license fee.

I just said that i dont need to speak to them further and will complain about them. They challenged me that i can go ahead and complain anywhere i can.

Now i request the concern higher official to take appropirate action against said vle and ensure that excess amount collected from me repaid back to me.

I booked railway ticket from csc in date 15/11/2017 to confirm. After that cancel the ticket in 17/011/2017. Refund the money railway. But not refund to money in csc. But csc department not transfer to vle.

Csc customer care comlain in 5-6 times to not response and mobile phone not received coll.

I booked airline tickets on your website on 19/11/2017. The payment gateway was operated on and money 9517 was deducted from my account at the very moment.
However, the entire transaction failed & the tickets weren't booked. I tried calling the helpline but they told me drop in a mail about the same. I am still to get the refund and 6 ays have elapsed since. I hope the prompt action is taken in this regard and proper redressal of my grievances are done at the earliest.

Mere dwara digipay se diposit or withdrawl transaction kiye jate he
1.17.10.2017 ko digipay ke dwara 10000 ka deposit transaction kiya gaya but wo decline ho gaya wallet me se payment deduct ho gaya kintu customer k account me till date 24.10.2017 tak bhi wallet me credit nahi hua.

2.22.10.2017 ko digipay ke dwara 1000 ka deposit txn kiya gaya 1000 ka payment to account me credit ho gaya kintu wallet se 11000 ka payment deduct ho gaya.

Sir in our locality the csc center charged 100 rupees for any kind of aadhhaar realted work each time. For aadhaar registration they charging 1100, then fo4. Printing of aadhhaar they charging 100, for updation they charging 100..
They are also charging 100 for registration of child less than 5 years and 100 for 100 for printing. This is illigal. Please take immidiate action on the given csc.

Sir, maine cast & dmicile certificate "csc center" se banwaya tha.
Ye center bhiwani district, haryana (127021) me "court" me "chamber no. 365" me chal rha hai. Mujhe lagta hai ye illigally tarike se ise chala rhe hai. Ye fees ki koi sleep bhi nhi dete h. Unhone meri address detail wrong fill krr di hai. Iske unhone mujse 50 rs. Per cerificate charge kiye. Ab ye apni galti nhi maan rhe h. Bolte hai ki fees dobaara do phir update krenge. Sir please koi strict action lo, inke against.

In my opinion, the updation procedure in cast & domicile certificate must be through consumers at home.

I have registered in CSC after registration i have received CSC ID and password.
After that i was facing issue during login then i have drop a mail to CSC helpdesk.. Then i have received a call from [protected] that i need to paid 37500 Rs after that they will send Aadhar KIT at my address. And i paid 37500 Rs into (ADM) Kishor Singh Account (SBI - [protected]) after that i had received another call from same no [protected] that Old stock of Aadhar KIT is not available and new stock is more costly so i need to pay 27500 Rs more to get Aadhar KIT at my address. And i paid 27500 more and now totally i have paid 65000 Rs. And now when i am trying to connect with [protected] then revert is coming out of network or switch off. i am dropping mail to ([protected]@gmail.com) and calling on [protected] regularly but not receiving any revert.
This is a humble request to you please help me out from this problem and help to provide refund 65000 for the same.
