Cube Holidays — Cheated in the name of stay package & assured gifts of mobile, & laptop for around 20 000/- but gave only stay package. | |||||
I got a call from cube holidays n they promised us a stay package of 3n & 4d at rs. 9705/- & they promised us the assured gift samsung a7 mobile Then immediately they offered one more package stay same conditions above but for 2 times in 2 years n charged once more same amount n promised a gift of dell laptop. Now we have received the kit of stay but jot any gift. N now they r saying for that we have to refer then 25 persons n they should also buy their product then only we will get our gifts. But this thing was not at all told in the call. Now when we r calling their customer care they r taking so rudely. Please help us. We have almost lost our 20, 000/-. Please do not pay single rupee to them. You will be not getting any GIFTS.

somehow i was almost in their trap...they called him 5-6 times since morning.. but i thought to research on this company before paying..and i was also suspicious how they can afford to gift double the value of the package. when i searched in the 2nd or 3rd link in google itself i saw so many people already registered complaints against them... anyways my 10k i saved..thanks.. But i think we should take some action not how.. so that such practices can be stopped .. not sure how we can do it.. but i can contribute my time if possible to teach them a lesson..

So I thought, let me use the holiday package at least. They have a rule that you need to submit travel request 18 days prior to the travel date. I sent them a request 20 days prior. Then after following up daily through email and call reminders for 16 days, I was told that all hotels are full and rooms are not available for my dates as only 4 days are left and all rooms are booked.
So I didnt get the gift and neither I am getting the hotel bookings. 20K down the drain. They are complete fraud company. Dont put even 1 Re. in it.

i have tried booking 2 times now and both times they have delayed it till the last few days and then said that they could not get the availability. now they are saying that they are having an issue with their vendor in maharashtra and hence all bookings in maharashtra is frozen till a solution is reached. absolute cheats! any ideas on how we can sue them? anyone here who stays in Gurgaon and can go to their office and confront them? i stay in mumbai and hence i am unable to go to their office myself.
i think we should start a whatsapp group pf people who have been cheated and exchange ideas on how we can sue them and recover our money. we can also consult a lawyer and share the expenses among ourselves so that each o[censored]s does not have to spend money separately for lawyers fee. people who are interested in joining this whatsapp group can send me a whatsapp message on [protected]. please share this with other people you know who have also been cheated. lets not let them get away so easily.
