Cube holiday is a perefect noida based farud compnay. First their sales person will call you and tell you that today you will get dslr camera as a gift if we book package of hotel on cube website. And the reality is that even they dont provide packege after paying full amount. Getting a camera or a phone is dream. The web site is dummy and temporary. Any time it can shut down. The compnay is not even pvt ltd registered. They dont have team more than 6 ot 7 heads. Only a same women will talk to you everytime as a customer care. The best thing they have is that pay u money. If anyone boughgt any package. Immediately call payumoney and put a complaint and reimbursement request. Payumoney will block their payment. And you will be protected. Hi, I have received my money. My legal team has exchanged mails with them and pay you.money. you can also do same. Since I have received my money back now I.am not take any active part in movement against them
HI i am Ninad from Maharashtra. I also got call from Cube Holidays and i also paid the amount for Holiday package and Gift. After reading all these feedback - i also feel that i am also cheated.
I am also planing to launch FIR against them and launch complaint in Local Consumer Court.
@Techmaster - can u tell what process you followed to get your payment back or can you tell me about leagal procedure you followed so i can also do the same.

I had booked a package with cube holidays, they had assured a gift of moto z phone or a camera, etc. But they did not gave any gift and after complaining they denied for as such gift . Now when i am trying to book holiday the site domain is not available . My money is also gone . I am trying to lodge a complain in the cyber cell division against them .
i think we should start a whatsapp group pf people who have been cheated and exchange ideas on how we can sue them and recover our money. we can also consult a lawyer and share the expenses among ourselves so that each o[censored]s does not have to spend money separately for lawyers fee. people who are interested in joining this whatsapp group can send me a whatsapp message on [protected]. please share this with other people you know who have also been cheated. lets not let them get away so easily.
