Myself manpreet kaur.I have applied for reissue of passport on 9 jan, 2017. at 19:06:08 I did the payment online through canara bank debit card. The amount has been deducted from the account but the passport payment status is being showed as failed. This is the 2nd time i have been writing to you.I have also tried to call on the helpline no. Provided but it's always engaged.
