The DDA park of nasirpur in Delhi, which is near pocket 9 palam, near counselor narendra girsa house
The people in the park are doing business of garbage collection because of that their is so much mosquitos and smell, no one taking proper action in it.
I request you you to take action in Thai matter asap

Hello sir,
It has become very character for car owners at A block Bunkar colony, specially in lane besides Brahmakumaris Ashram to reserve their car parking by parking their 2 wheelers whole day. Some have built chains & barriers. This should be illegal. In DDA colonies like bunkar, car parking areas should be utilized on first come first park basis. People who protest against this have their cars scratched repeatedly and are forced to park their cars outside gate on main road, where car thefts happen often. RWA also don't seem to be interested in dealing with these things. I am myself have been victim of the same, and have lost a car to theft after being forced to park outside on main road.
Kindly take action against this kind of hooliganism.

Dear Sir yesterday I have received a water bill which has been totally wrong so unable to deposit the amount before that we received manually bill basis on monthly Rs 107 on yearly basis

So kindly resolve the my issue further there is no more consumption beyond the 20 Kl which has been already waive by the DJB...

At karkardooma manglam marg near AGCR kendriya vidhalya this road is came under DDA
At that place road is very poor we can see lot of very big digs bue to poor & wrost road i meet with an accident when i was going road i had given lot of complaints but no body listening moreover no street lights are working
But nobody come & see problems

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that there is a small Temple activity has started in the Sectir 18A park, Dwarka (next to Venkateshwara Hospital).

Such activities should be stopped immediately as we have seen many such examples where public land is usurped by building religious activities. They start with a small action and then slowly slowly they keep adding to it and suddenly it becomes large and place of worship. Then it become difficult to relocate them. It is almost like a mafia that works with a plan to get alternate land from govt or keep using the land that they capture by such activities.

These activities need to be stopped right the beginning else it becomes a problem for the authorities to manage later and legal matters take very long and tedious to overcome.

Dda .C a.U water cell north zone has sent me very huge enhanced water bill of rs.16391.00i have paid regularly bill last bill of rs.3254...00. Up to 31.03.2021.On 12.08.2021.After thati have not received any bill from you. Actually the bill amount should be rs.4128.00 asper old tariff.I am senior citizen .I am not able to pay.Please help me and send revise bill of rs.4138.00..

Hi, I am a resident of Saket, New Delhi. I have taken a temporary membership for DDA sports complex, Saket for swimming. They charged me for 3 months and assured that the swimming is going to start form 1st, April, 2023. Today it has been 11 days and there has been no response from authorities. They are continuously making excuses that they have not got the approval or something. Why did they charge the money from us if there was no approval...

Today I went to drop my son at Hari Nagar DDA sports complex, where I found very unexpected/Unethical behavior of staff there specially at the Sports gate entry and when I tried to log complaint against that person to a Senior then a senior person was shouted at me without asking my complaint and using abuse language.

Kindly take strict action against them and guide them how to talk to a customer because as per my understanding they are thinking no one can do anything against them what they can speak with anyone.

Tree pruning required in Ashiana Apartment pitampura opposite metro pillar no.360. Tree branches are growing indefinitely. May fall over cars or cause damage to life. Pruning is regular activity and should be done regularly. However no pruning is done since last few years. Last week, heavy Tree branch fell opposite metro pillar no.360 due to thunderstorm. Pruning action required urgently.

I am the owner of LIG Flat No-26, D-2 Block, Pkt -2, Sector -34 Rohni & taken possession of Flat on 14 Jan 2016. At the time of possession concerned JE handover forcedly a water meter after charging 1500/-. He also told that the possession shall not be given without water meter.
After taking the possession, we were carefree keeping in mind that if DDA has security and guards, then why should we be afraid..?. Anyway, we did not pay any attention as the flat was vacant..
After about 5 years we went to see the flat and found that the thief had broken the lock and theft all the water accessories, Electricity wire, switch etc..
We found that flat like a destroyed & full of garbage scattered.
I Got a water bill against my flat of Amt Rs.17000/- in stairs.
I have No any water tape and connections in flat and Water tank also kept in my custody.
I have not electricity connection also.

Hence you are requested to consider my request on all facts & circumstances. And stop the bill with waived of previous water bills

I am writing complain against my top floor (CC-17E) house owners regarding unauthorized 02 wheeler parking outside DDA provided garage which is infront of my house gate.
we tried to call and share our concerns but they said we will be parked here only not in garage.
They have already owned 02 wheeler garage provide by DDA to park vehicle inside it but they are using to store some other commercial things.

Due to parking outside garage we had faces problems for going outside /cleaning open area (outside garage ) which is front of my gate.

we talked and tried to show our concerns but they force to keep vehicle parked here only (outside garage) and told us go and do whatever you want .

we faces cleaning area as due to ground floor animals and dust stored that particular area and to move outside and we cant bring things inside from gate due to parking 02 wheeler.

Our shop is in nehru place. Daily parking people parks there vehicle in front of our shop...

There are electricity poles but only few of them are working.There is complete darkness at night.There may be cases of theft.our life is in danger at night.
Please look into the matter immediately and do the needful.

I am writing this to inform you about an illegal construction that was done and is now operational as a Pg, it is been constructed over a terrace that is 1/181 Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027. The owner was able to complete the construction very easily as he states he has good links with the local authorities as he is a local builder in Subhash Nagar, The building is a very old so there is a threat of it collapsing and be dangerous for everyone around. Please look into the matter and get this resolved.

I got possession letter dated[protected], but due to some family issue i was not used flat for living, which was vacant till now, where as i got fake water bill of Rs 18716, and after giving written complaint to DDA Ashok vihar office, they ask for declaration from elecricity connection company i.e Tata ddl, for installation new electricity bill and declaration that no any electricity conneciton made on this address previsouly. but no any...

It is to bring to your notice that I had booked DDA community hall (Zone : East Delhi, Locality : Mayur Vihar Phase-III) for my marriage on[protected] but there is no proper facilities provided as charged by you for cleaning charges & security amount.

The name plate of the hall is also damaged as shown on the main gate. The water tank available inside the hall is break.

There is no water facility in the washrooms & rooms are not cleaned. It also caused health & hygiene issues.

The outside area of hall is not cleaned. Some outside walls of the hall are break. Trees are not in there proper shape by which they covered the whole area of the gate which looks so bad.

If we are paying all charges (cleaning & security) while doing booking so we have right to take all the facilities properly.

I'm requesting you to please fix the above mentioned issues related to community hall before for my marriage on[protected].

Today I raised a complaint against some issues facing at our community hall (zone- east delhi & locality- kondli gharoli mayur vihar phase-3) I received a call from a person discussing against my complaint & said that I have to do a payment of 10 Rs/- through an app installed from play store. I denied to do the payment and asking about the employee ID or proof of her designation. Then he said that now my booking is cancelled due to I denied for payment. Kindly please check this issue in records & do the needful as soon as possible.

I have registered with DDA online water bill payment portal as given below;

My consumer id: DDASZ1E00020289 but by mistake I have not entered my correct e-mail id during registration.

I am not aware of password of the above consumer id DDASZ1E00020289 and whenever i am using the option of forgot password the system by default sends the OTP (I. E. New password) to the e-mail entered (Which actually doesn’t exists).

There is no option available on DDA water bill online payment portal to correct the wrong e-mail id. Nor there is any option to enter the contact i. E. Mobile number so as to receive the OTP on mobile and thereafter to reset the password.

Whenever I will again trying to register the consumer id the system is showing the message (Consumer id already registered).

Now the problem is that i am not able to pay the water bill through online payment gateway of DDA water bill online payment portal services.

I am sure there are many other consumers also who are not able to use this online payment services of DDA due to such minor mistakes.

I request you to kindly register my complaint for not able to using the online payment service of DDA to pay the water bill and co-ordinate with the concerned it department of DDA to fix the technical problem so that the consumer may correct (Re-register) the e-mail id or their contact number to avail such services in near future.

The above mentioned flat allotted under special housing scheme 2021 . its draw on 18.4.2022. Since than there is no water supply received.
