I, VIJAY KUMAR ARORA deposited Rs. 3000 along with application form in 1985 for DDA Slum Wing residential plot Registration No. - 39339 and priority no. is 8167/G... But till date we have not recieved any information regarding the allotment. Kindly revert as soon as possible or else we will have to take some action towards DDA.. Plz revert on email ID. I applied for a Janta flat in NEW PATTERN HOUSING SCHEME 1979. No allotment letter has been issued to me by the DDA till now. On approaching them it has been told that a flat was alloted to me and has been cancelled. I have been regularly intimating change of my correspondence address. I am residing in DDA Flats at Dilshad Garden Janta flats first floor (P-18/B3). The second does not care about the maintainence.The sewage pipes are choked. it is a daily problem that the water get logged in the shaft area due to leakage in pipe of, seepage has come in the walls and dirty smell is coming all the time. I am residing in DDA Flats at mayur vihar-3 new MIG flats first floor. Dear Sir,

DDA had issued allotment letter to a wrong name instead my name and it was not delivered to us or we received any cancellation or show cause notice for cancellation letter from them. My father had booked this flat in 1979 and then it was transferred to my name well before the allotment. DDA had taken more than 25 years to allot the same and they had cancelled without intimation. Dear Sir,

With deep regret, we resident of Nehru Apartments (Flat 107; 111; 115) are forced to place our complaint against Flat No. 119 Nehru Apartments (Mrs. & Mr. Mitra) on illegal / unauthorised construction of a full floor on the roof top / terrace placing the entire building along with everyone’s life at high risk being at the earthquake-Zone 4 area.

Also we (flat 107 / 111 / 115) are denied access...

Respected Sir,
I am Sunil Mehtwa R/o flat No-731, Block A, pocket 1B, Sector A1 to A4 (Narela Delhi)
Sir, DDA had hand over the flat key to me on 23/04/2024 after finishing the flat.
But water bill come from 12/01/2023 to 26/03/2025 of Rs.10325/-
As per Delhi govt rule 20000 liter water is free.
1)Than why water bill made from 12/01/2023 to 23/04/2024 if flat is not hand over, or water not used at that time.
2) why did not water bill generated on every month after 23/04/2024 and deliver to customer.
3) why did not consider the water bill under 2000 liter water free scheme .

I request you, please check and send correct the water bill to us.

I am resident of 202, Dayanand Vihar. We are having a DDA park at the entrance of Dayanand Vihar gate. The park is not being maintained at all. There are heaps of garbage, used paper plates, glasses, plastic bags, heaps of dried leaves, even some of the nearby residents (sharing common wall with park) have their waste water drained into the park. Desks are broken and the plants are also not being maintained. Thus it is requested to take necessary action to clean the park and maintain it to good levels. I am also enclosing the photos of the present situation of the park.

I have paid water bill twice one in Sep 2024 (Rs 731.80) and another in Nov 2024 (Rs 1493.80) for account DDASZ1A00BC3366. It does not show up in DDA water bill account. Payment were made via HDFC netbanking. The amount is deducted already from account. Can you please update the amount else the new bill keep accumulating old amount.?

Sir.
My flat is vacant since allotment, having no electricity or water meter and never consumed water at this flat, but still a bill of Rs.1, 24, 600/- has been sent by DDA. I have lodged a complaint at Chief Engineer's office, Mangla Puri, Dwarka, Delhi Office. However, no action has been taken by the concerned department.

I request to kindly arrange to waive off the bill as it is without any logic/against any usage of water.
