Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — Delhi metro card refund | |
I have paid rs 400 on 29.10.2020 and rs 200 on 31.10.2020 from phone pe from IDBI BANK. in wrong METRO CARD NO. 2. I have not visited AVM for charging metro card AS THE CARD NO.2 WAS WRONG ( I have paid without mentioning any card no. ). I have received RS 400 with 2.5% deduction in bank account . After two months still I have not received rs. 200 back in my account. Please arrange for refund as soon as possible.
