Sir, i ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart, i faced some battery issues with that so i raised the return request with a product defective reason. This is the specific awb no.[protected]. The delhivery courier boy name was vineet. He came to me at my home at baberu, and took my laptop inspected that laptop and made my pickup completed. After taking my laptop he goes away from my home and replaced the laptop with a tablet. After replacing the laptop by a tablet he goes to his nearest branch atarra shastrinagar dp, there the manager again inspect the product and get the tablet. Then the branch manager callls me and scolds me and threaten to file an fir against me. If the delhivery pickup boy has accepted the pickup and update the status done why he again asked me the tablet. This is too much, please take a quick action against delhivery courier boys fraud. And punish him, delhivery pickup courier boy who completed my pickup phone no. Is [protected]. And the branch manager no is [protected].
