Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — my tv not delivered

Address:Bodhgaya Gaya, Gaya, Bihar, 824231

I ordered a tv from amazon and it was to be delivered by delhivery. It reached my city 5-6 days before delivery date and now the delivery date crossed but it is not delivered. I talked to amazon customer care more than 4 times still they cannot help. If you cannot deliver a thing then why are you running a company and giving trouble to the customers.
Deliver my tv as soon as possible.

Updated by Raunit Verma I do not know the AWB number but there is only order number and tracking ID which I am sharing with you.

Sir Delivery boy bar bar pick up cancel kar raha hai karne ke bad bolta hai ki flipkart se email karwai ki apko used and damage product received hua hai jab ki filpkart se bat karte hai to wah bol raha hai ki ham email kie hai tab n pick up areng hua hai. sir mera contract number [protected] hai
