[Resolved] Dell — dissatisfied with the services of dell in regard of the issue reported within warranty period | |
Sir/Madam,
I had serious issues with the system (laptop) are hereunder:
EARLIER: these under mentioned issues were reported within warranty period.
1. system get automatically getting switched off and in order to start it again, either I have to plug in the charger on or detach n simultaneously reattach its battery.
2. during net surfing on Internet Explorer sometimes I do not see the cursor on the web page and I couldn't post photos, files in it and also the internet explorer not responding afterwards. this particular issue is not detected while surfing net on google chrome or Mozilla
NOW: this is the new problem detected now
system didn't get shut down sometimes.
sir the above problems were duly reported to the your customer support and treatments were received but these problems still continuing with the system, which has made the system difficult to use.
I had also reported these problems to the customer support but they told me that I have to pay for it now . my question is do I need to pay for the above reported problems if it remained unresolved still by your technical support people, because I believe the issues which I reported prior to the expiry of my warranty period is still need to be resolved without any further charges totally free of cost.
sir, if I had to pay for it then it will be a strict dissatisfaction for me of your service teams conduct because I feel it as if this issue need some special attention, then why they went on wasting the time.
sir, this system still remaining with me as a burden, I am waiting for your reply in this regard at an earliest, whether I could get some remedy or not, or I have to proceed to dispose it off and switch to some other company
