No display. We given laptop (Service tag # 9nrlsj2, inspiron 13 5379) to waves electronics, secunderabad, hyderabad for repair on 18th april 2019. They informed display cable was damaged. Till date they were unable to repair due to non availability of spare. It is afftecting our children education. How to get it repaired. V. On 25 may i slot dell laptop in deal of the day in flip kart but some 1600 rupees amount is debited from my account and but they should give any type of reply from the company like confirmation messes from the company
