Dell India — inspiron 13 5379 2 in 1 (service tag # 9nrlsj2)

No display.
We given laptop (Service tag # 9nrlsj2, inspiron 13 5379) to waves electronics, secunderabad, hyderabad for repair on 18th april 2019. They informed display cable was damaged. Till date they were unable to repair due to non availability of spare. It is afftecting our children education. How to get it repaired.

Serial No : CN0MMK[protected]NH8PIAOO Purchased from M/s Navkar InfotechP Ltd Coimbatore Vide bill no : NIPL/16-17 /1973 DATED 7 MAY 2016. Dell monitor 18.5inch monitor is showing two dark patches of 1.25inch on the screen since today morning.

Please try to resolve the complaint at the earliest.
On 25 may i slot dell laptop in deal of the day in flip kart but some 1600 rupees amount is debited from my account and but they should give any type of reply from the company like confirmation messes from the company
