Dell India — Internet order placed on 5th June | |||
I have placed an order through internet vide in[protected] dated 5th june. Neither the order confirmation is received nor have any clue on when the delivery will be made. I have made payment through net banking and now worried! Call center is of no except saying that your order will be confirmed soon. @ days have passed saying that also! I want to know when the laptop will be delivered else dell can refund the money and i can buy it from somewhere else. Amazon or flipcart would have delivered it long ago! Is this some kind of a game by Dell. Collect the money, then say the product has reached end of life (then why did you have it on sale?) and don't respond to queries (I have sent 3 mails since 12th June and no response from Dell). Neither the desk no given by the sales support person is being picked!!
I think I am left with no option but to go to consumer court, Now! I m giving this week for the refund to hit my bank account, else going to the consumer court and also going to ask penalty for harassment and holding onto my money!
