Dell India — laptop battery

I have given my laptop for change of battery in 12 sept 2017. Till date i have not received my laptop. It's been more than 3 months to get a new battery install in it. If i would have order the battery from flipkart or amazon i would have got within 7 days. But still i should faith in dell service and gave it to dell service center. I called them and inquired about the progress/update but there is no reply from there side. If this kind of service is provided by dell then i would recommend other people not to buy dell laptop. A very bad service... Now it's seems i won't be getting my laptop by this year end...
