Hello,
Can you please explain why this amount was debited from my account without prior notice?
I have been paying my PEMI every month even though your organization was not able to release the funds in time to developer which caused me a huge financial loss and burden.
Moreover, yesterday (10-Dec-2018), PEMI amount of Rs. 16, 439 was paid and now without my knowledge you are misusing my old cheque for Rs.19596/- .
This is not acceptable at all. I will make you guys pay for this malpractice.
@ NBFC Ombudsman,
Please register this complaint on DHFL for the Housing loan 00003980 and request you to take the needful action ASAP. This cheating is happening every time with me .
Frustrated Customer,
