Dear sir/mam,
I arvind panwar (Loan code[protected], took the loan of amount rs. 1076820 in may 2016 for 240 months. I have got pmay subsidyamount on 26 mrch 2019. On next day my tenure was shown 136 monts. But on next day it show 240 monts. How its possible.. I called to customer care, he said that your emi amount will be decrease.
What is this... Bank decided without informing or asking to the customer's concern. I want to decrease my tenure, not emi amount. Please verify this and solve this problem as soon as possible. I am very anxious about this.
