Dear team, my father had ordered a tv order number ds42866 on oct 29 when it didn't arrive till nov 5, 2016. He mailed them to cancel the order and return his money rs 6749 which included delivery charges. Today we received a package with t shirts instead of tv. We tried calling the company but out of two of the numbers one was switched off and another didn't connect to anyone but got disconnected on its own. Request you to kindly help.

Dear sir i order videocon 32"hd led TV but your delivery order clothes so I don't this product please return take this product and give videocon 32"led TV. My order number DH1119170

I had ordered for 55 inch videocon colour led tv, deposited the rs6749/- as on 16/8/16. Order no: ds42619 and payment id : 58367673. Through my icici bank account online. I stay in maharashtra, and a shipment tractability of this is not avilable.
Till date i have not received any material nor could i track my shipment.

Kindly update the status of this order. Though the transnational detail states 72 hr to replay back. It has been several weeks i have absolutely no clue as to the status of this order. Nor is your customer care line active.in spite of several calls it looks like no one is answering. It leaves customers in lurch wondering if you are truly a company that you claim or fraudulent.
