Now i request you kindly despatch my led tv as soon possible or refund my whole amount with panel interest. I have sent email on your website so many times and contact you on your customer care no. But it was busy and reply me on voice recorder your number has been noted down and concerned staff will contact you shortly. I am placing this order for videcon LED On Saturday 29 October 2016, DS86720
I am also done the payment of 6750 Rs on same day by my saving bank account. But still till today 08.11.2016 i am waiting for my delivery confirmation .

As so many time i am writing so many mails on customer support in dhamaal shop by i did not got any single reply from dhamaal customer care. As I am also calling on phone no given in below mail but i got same response as all support executive is busy now we will record your number and our executive will call back by still I am not getting any call.

I have been order Videocon 32" HD LED TV on www.dhamaalshop.com, and pay advance 6750.00, on 28.10.2016,
still i am waithin my product or my money, company not pic my phone or not reply any mail.
on 05.11.2016 company provide courier detials of my product, as per mail my product send via WWW.SCMFORYOU.COM, docket NO. DH1119175,
when i ask courier company about my delivery they told we dont have any parcel against this docket,

I ordered a product called Videocon Led TV 32" (luck by chance offer) on 7.11.2016.
I paid the amount of Rs.6749 through online payment by my debit card. Till now I haven't received my order detail, even the tracking details. As mentioned in yours add, the product will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. No SMS, or mail received regarding the status of my order.
My order is DS110188. I have called too many times to customer service. The call is not getting connected. Always telling busy. Even though I mailed to infodhamaalshop.com regarding this. Am not getting any reply.
Kindly resolve this problem and send my product as soon as possible. Otherwise refund my money back.
