I am placing this order for videcon LED On Saturday 29 October 2016, DS86720
I am also done the payment of 6750 Rs on same day by my saving bank account. But still till today 08.11.2016 i am waiting for my delivery confirmation .

As so many time i am writing so many mails on customer support in dhamaal shop by i did not got any single reply from dhamaal customer care. As I am also calling on phone no given in below mail but i got same response as all support executive is busy now we will record your number and our executive will call back by still I am not getting any call . as this is final

I have booked a micromax 24 inch led tv (2 PIC TV ON SAME DAY BY kotak bank)ON 04/nov/2016 . With the transaction referencNO:[protected] &[protected]
But till date i did't received my order and even not a single call/mail from you peoples about late delivery.
I have attached some proofs of booked transaction details and card payment statement also.
I tried to call customer care number, it is always busy or some time it is getting disconnected when we select customer service option.
Please let me know why the delay has happened. Or is there any technical issue. For any things contact me.

I have ordered the mobile hanset order number DS88690 on two week before after giving the deal once I agreed with your you guys requested for the card details and I have placed the order money was derevted and the mail confirmation sent after that no reply from your and tried reaching customer care and toll free numbers and registered the complaints in different websites still no response please give me the order or send the money back I am very poor guy now only planned to buy one New handset in my life that too you guys cheated me I can't really diagnose please please please help me

We booked led tv 32" through dhamaal shop via facebook. Ordered no. Ds103164, i used my credit card it's took rs. 6749/-. i got only one from you, after that, not getting any single mails or sms from dhamaalshop. I need to cancel that order and i need to refund my money. Please help us to get asap. I am not interested in this dhamaalshop, i think it's fully fake. No one has not respond the call. It's fully ringing. It's voice recorded message. I need to cancel and refund my money. I saw right now, so many reviews.

I hv booked 32 led videocon tv but no information till now customer care is always busy i cm to know u r sending t shirt instead of tv. So it is my request pls cancel my order and returned my money as quick as possible. I have ordered a mobile at Dhamaalshop and made payment for the same. Later I have sent mails to them for knowing the exact status of my order. But neither they are responding in mail nor their phone are working. My order no. is DS93341. My login id is also not working in their website. Kindly look into this and help me to get my item or make my money back to me.

My order number DS89269 placed on 10/31/2016 for Videocon 32" led TV has not received any traction ever since it was placed. Customer care is absolutely lackadaisical and seem to be very busy. They don't even care to call back or update on the said order number.

I have run out of patience and this seems to be a bogus company. Please ensure that they cancel my order and issue a full refund of my money.

The amount paid was Rs. 6749 through debit card.
