DHL Express India — delayed with shipment | |||
Respected sir, We have completed all the formalities which are required for the customs clearance and even my iec is linked up with the gstn portal & icegate from the 26th june and clearance department inform me they require 48 hours from now, and after 3 days we have on the phone conversation one dhl person said that it was lost and due to it, it was delayed, moreover after the 4days today they still ask to need 2 to 3 days more for clear customs. This is really unacceptable from such a reputed company. So kindly do custom clearance as early as possible. Our local customers are very annoyed on us as there is shipment delayed. Apart from that about my previous shipment (Waybill no. [protected]) I had imported good from china from the same place which i got a shipment at 22nd may, for that shipment i give me all documents (Gstn certificate, iec certificate, pan details and latter of authentication) to dhl, for the clear customs with my gst number, so i can take a refund of my paid duty amount which was 3102/- inr from the gst department. But at that time dhl was clear the customs with my pancard details without informing me, that we are clearing customs by pan card, and that information got recently from one of your customs representatives. So due to that i can't get a refund with the amount of 3102/- inr from the gst and have to pay more text, which ultimately i have to lose such amount. Which i need compensation from yours.
