DHL Express India — huge customs duty | |
I need know why is dhl the only courier company that charges customs duty on any parcel ordered on amazon or any other retail shopping site, i receive parcels thru aramex, fedex even speedpost and none of them have charged me a penny ever for customs duty for the very same merchandise which comes thru dhl... Its seems indian customs charge duty only to dhl which is quite unfortunate, never again in the future will i ever use dhl for inbound parcels... Its very ambiguous. I ordered some clothes on dressinn.com and when i paid the money it was inclusive of customs duty if applicable, the why is dhl charging it again? Was this information helpful? | |
