Please solve my issue also. I have totally tired. Till now digitial india deals company have not refund my amount rs. 5650 rs.. I have shared all detail on my login [protected]@gmail.com or by email many time. Please do needful soon. They are totally cheating with me. I have mentally torched science last 8-10 months.
Please do needful and refund my amount.

      I our town we have two state bank of india branch.
      As per rbi regulations and state bank which located at our town said that we are coming into urban area so required minimum balance is rs.3000/-

      But we have no improvement in banking service, especially from state bank of india, which is india's greater public sector institution.

      In our town we don't have proper atm facility.

      Only have three atm center.in that one is apart from city.

      Second one is near to main branch which is always out of service condition.

      Third one is located at center of the town but like as second ones condition.

      Passbook printing kiosk is be there for only showcase.

      Don't have cash deposit machine (Cdm).

      Don't have e-lounge

      In the above criticizes we always prefer state bank of india.

      And the branch is always over flow with crowd of people.

      So please visit our branch and take against action for help to customers.

      We hope you must take valuable action and favor to our town

      Mainly we does not avail prime minister's digital india scheme in state bank of india

      I show ad link for digital India offer website .and open that link watch products deals free laptop and mobiles then I done transaction on laptop deal for only 399 RS and payment options is Paytm wallet and I done transaction from Paytm wallet . So I realised this payment is fake and fraud .

          Dear sir,
          This is regarding non-delivery of pre-booked items costing rs 60000. I complained the company regarding this for nine times. But i didn't get any response from the company. I' ve confirmed the two orders for total 6 items in two lots on 24 jun 18. One containing two items and one contains 4 items. However, i haven't recieved any item till date. I also discussed the issue several times with mr malhotra (Company rep) who assured me of guarantee delivery. He told that due to heavy rains in gujarat, the delivery has been delayed and will be attempted immediately after the rain gets settled down.. Now, i'm trying on his official mobile number... But i couldn't reach him or his company. Please do the needful and facilitate immediate delivery of ordered items. Further, the issue started from intimating that my mobile number had won some lucky draw and enticed me to pay courier and insurance charges for subject item. After some days they told me that item had been damaged and cash prize of rs200300.00 will be paid in lieu of item. But till date noting had been paid. Meanwhile, i was forced to pay total rs 59000.00 towards claiming the subject cash prize and they promised to refund all my money in trends of products and sought my confirmation through mail for the same, which was confirmed by me on 24 jun 18.
          So please consider my complaint and get my money refunded or facilitate delivery of confirmed items. Further, this company should be severely punished in such a way that any company should fear to think of fraud..
          Atleast, facilitate the contact details of the md of the company..

            They called and told me to buy small product to avail the lucky draw. Lucky draw item was iphone, laptop and tv. Then they told me to pay gst to avail the product then they told me to pay courier charges and they told me to pay security deposit. The total amount i paid is around rs 30, 000/-. They have cheated and not given product and not replying also. Please do needful.
            This is my hard earn money.

              My name is vikas mon. Till now company have collected from me rs:74205/- from me as refundable amount. They collected this amount different times telling different reasons. Last time when they called again for money (Rs:20000/-) i was not able to pay due to loss in flood (Kerala). I am a below average person with physical problems due to an accident happened before. I have collected most of the money as credit from others. I have lost everything in flood. Please anybody help me to recover my money.

                I tried to upgrade access level under head of request and inquiries in my account but neither SBI complain center nor up to General Manager SBI solve my problem. Even General Manager SBI could not respond till date. In this situation where highly responsible person not respond how can I use net banking or other paperless services ?                 Respected sir
                My self Dr. Kartikkumar Manilal Patel having saving Account No: [protected] (Branch code: 2760, IFSC code: SBIN0002760, Branch Name: Dantiwada) in your esteemed Bank (State Bank of India). Sir, as usual I am not interested in net banking but as per the suggestion of our honourable Prime minister and finance ministry, I start net banking services in my account. Initially, net banking services starts normally. However, when I transact in mutual fund with auto debit option, I fill it is very tedious job. My story starts when I try to upgrade access level under head of request and inquiries. It was time about two and half month before when I first time start to upgrade access level from view only to full transaction write with help of OTP as a routine and easy process. Though till date I could not get success since many of time I got OTP but not authenticated by your system. Then I got help from your two customer care number. I talk with many customer executive and insert complain though problem remain as such. They suggest contacting branch to resolved problem. I fill that most of your educative take it lightly. Then I contact my branch, Dantiwada. Where branch manager cooperate very nicely and he try to resolve himself. But he could not get success. Then he talks with his superior officers at Ahmedabad and Mubai to resolve complain but he has no result. Shortly, I fill he tried honestly and his best level. Finally till date my problem cannot be resolved, I don’t know where is problem? In system or bank is not conscious to their customer services? With vey tiredly I write to you for resolve problem as early as possible. The detail of Ticket No and answers, I got of various complain are given below for your ready reference and authentication if required.
                Moreover bank reply that request for internet banking facility not received in response of last ticket no [protected]. But as I write that I generate net banking services directly from online. Even though is it necessary? Because when bank generate online net bank services directly then it can also upgrade access level at your side. And if it is necessary then again what is meaning of mission green earth?

                      Ill buy the product from your company was the essebuz watch and ill recieve that. Then your salesman called to me and said that ill win the prize gift of iphone and you need to pay half gst price of the gift prize and you recieved your gift prize then i paid 5600 rupees gst on 22 dec 2017. Then his called me again and said to me that you have to paid delievery and insurance charges. So ill paid again the rate of 5000. And till now i am not recieved any gift prize from your company.

                        If you buy the product of 500, so i purchased one wallet from www.digitalindiadeal.com at rs.585, which they delivered to me.

                        The issue started after few days, i got a call saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the gst amount of 6524 inr to deliver the prize from delhi to bangalore so i paid that amount through jdpay

                        After providing my bank details, they are now telling me to keep minimum 18% of bank balance, which bank is also not saying to keep 18% minimum.

                        As i not accepted to pay amount they stopped calling. Ia m trying to call the noble were switch off they even not responded any mail i have.

                        If i didn't get my money back, then i have all the mails, which i will bring in front of court or media, if required.

                          As per Reliance digital tv offer, i had done my pre booking and completed payment on 15 april, 2018 . According to the website, the connection should be installed within 30-45 days. But it has been more than 2months and still i got no response from them. I tried calling the customer care, but they despite waiting for almost an hour, it simply didn't connect to any customer care executive. When i checked on the internet, i found that no one has got it. This is a major major scam that Reliance is doing.                             I received call from digital india deals on dt. 28th may 2018 miss priya kumari ([protected]) and say i am a lucky winner in a draw, she offer me 3 price around rs. 75000 /-, then i select samsung 50" led tv and pay gst amount rs 6799 so we can deliver your gift your address also she no other charges for this price. On 31st may i pay this rs. 6799/- then say us your file forword to our dispatch department. After 3 day i received another call from their side mr. Sanjay choudhary[protected] again he say before delivery your price you pay courier charges rs. 9000/- and insurance charges rs. 3000/- total rs. 12000/-,
                            I total him firstly your delivered the my price the i pay you rs. 12000/- but mr sanjay choudhary are say no you first pay other wise we cant dispatch your price. Then i pay rs. 12000/- on dt 6th may 2018 but after payment mr sanjay choudhary noyt picking my call. When i continuous follow up to miss priya she arrange call form dispatch person mr. Sanjeev sharma () he give me a fake blue dart courier no. [protected] he told me u check online and confirm but once i check its a fake no. After this call he cant pick my call till date. All of digital india deals member miss. Priya, mr. Sanjay choudhary & mr. Sanjeev all say our digital inda deals are trust able but after this experience my opinion is they all cheater and fake.
                            If they not given price after we pat rs. 18799/- atleast his duty refund customer amount.

                              In uttar pradesh, traders dealing in agricultural products have to obtain mandi samiti license or get it renewed every year to trade in mandi. Earlier the whole process of renewal was done manually. However under the"digital india", the above said process got digitalized. Now e-license will be issued. But surprisingly the power to obtain/renew the license still lies with some specified mandi samiti government officials only and the necessary documents need to be deposited with such officials due to which the aim of "digital india" got subsumed. Same as before, such government officials are demanding money even for accepting the application for allotment or renewing the license. Time period for renewal is also limited to only 15 days. On refusal to give money to such officials, trader is threatened of future heavy penalties along with rejection of his application.
                              In my opinion, traders should be allowed to upload the necessary documents online independently.

                                      For claim prize : need to order something from digital india deal company.. Bought headphone worth rs 549/- on 18/11/17

                                      Prize : dell gaming laptop worth rs 73000/-

                                      For claiming : paid rs 6500/- as 9%gst of prize on 22/11/17

                                      For getting : paid rs 11700/- as courier (Fedex) & insurance charge on 28/11/17

                                      They said that this rs 17500/- would be revert back as a product worth rs same.
                                      So i choose printer worth rs 14599/-.
                                      Which is still not get.

                                      Then they said the prize (Laptop) is damaged at courier service.. So can't send it.. Bcz you paid insurance also, you will get now prize money rs 73000/-
                                      + rs 25000/- in a bank account.

                                      *received just few days ago only of rs 17000/-.. So rs 1478/- pending

                                      So, my spendings are of rs 35978/- since 2 months.. I needed it back quickly..

                                      They promised of giving all above stuff till 22/12/17, but till today no progress no news no update nothing..

                                        The bloody digital india deal.com has cheated me to a tune of 12669/- totally. First they offered me an iphone 7s as free gift & said it will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. It was around 1st week of april.
                                        Later on 17.04.2018 one arun called my no & said that i have to pay rs.5669/- towards gst & it will be dispatched by evening, otherwise they will not be able to dispatch the item.
                                        Since i had bought a leather belt from them, thinking that it is genuine, i have transferred the said amount through jdpay link on the same day.
                                        But even after 3-4 days no information received from them. Then i contacted arun. To my shock he said i have to pay rs. 7000/- again as insurance charges & courier charges. When i asked him to refund the money which i have already paid, he said it can't be done as billing is already done & the refund is not possible. To support him another person sanjeev choudary also spoke to me & convinced me that the dispatch will be done immediately on receipt of the said money. So again i transferred the money on 24th. April.
                                        Later on they never called me. Then when i called sanjeev choudary, he gave me a tracking id of aeromax courier service. But when checked, the message came as wrong id no. Further when i contacted him, he said that the mobile had some technical problem, hence it can't be dispatched.
                                        When i asked him to refund the money in such case. He said it will be done only if i pay rs.3650/- as penalty. I refused to pay the money.
                                        Then next when i called sanjeev his no was switched off fro many days. Hence i called another no which i had & one malhotra spoke to me & said yes you have to pay that amount to get back your money. I refused to pay any more money further.
                                        Then again on 01st. June i found another customer care no in their site, the same sanjeev choudary spoke & said that "your complaints & court can't do anything & you have to forget your money".
                                        Now already i have lodged a complain with national consumer forum & consumer voice, an ngo.
                                        Waiting to see whether i will get my money back or not.
                                        I request everyone not to buy any product from digitalindiadeal.com as this is a fraud, bogus & 420 company.
