Please note that when i bought a leather belt paying 649/-, they offered me an iphone as gift. After that one mr. Called me up on 17.04.2018, he advised me to pay rs.5669/- towards gst which he said mandatory. Hence i paid that online. Later on on 24th. April one mr. Choudhary called & told that only if i pay rs. 7000/- towards insurance & courier, the item will be dispatched. When i asked them to refund rs. 5669/-, he said for refunding i have to pay rs. 3600/- penalty. Then only it will be reimbursed. Having no option, i paid rs. 7000/- on 24th. April.

Even after paying a total sum of rs. 12669/-, so far they have not sent me the iphone 7s. They are giving one or the other reason.. On 19th. May when i asked for refund of my complete money, mr. Sanjay choudhary said, they will not refund unless i pay them 3600/- plus towards cancellation of the gift.

They above assurances by digital india appears to be bogus & fraud. When i checked their web site, surprisingly i found many complaints by customers who have lost their money to a tune of few lakhs of rupees. Hence it is certain that digital india deals is regularly cheating customers & making money.

Digital india online shopping site has cheated me to a tune of rs. 12669/- by offering a free gift. The money was transferred online by me on 17th & 24th of april. Till date they have not either sent gift nor refunded my money. They are just promising of sending gift everyday, but so result is "o".

This company is really a big cheat /fraud online shopping company & making people fool by giving dreams of prize money.
I have paid a total of rs.1, 09, 000 to digital india deal through future choice enterprises (Partner) which i want to be refunded as earlier as possible.
Otherwise i will not wait more to take legal actions or raise my voice in consumer forum.

Hi i got a call before a month and they have said about the gift i won, but as per policy i need to purchase an item. So choose a spider head phone but product not availble and so i have asked to repay me my amount as product not available. Employees asked to wait but i do not got any response in last days for my 700/-.

I paid rs 58000 to digital india deal through future choice enterprises (Partner).in jan 18 company rep mr malhotra called me and said that as i'm a regular on line shopping customer, i won gift hamper from digital india and asked place demand for any product. Then i purchased bedsheet for rs 800. Then he told me select any product as gift.. Which ik selected laptop.. He times is rs 72000 and i need to pay gst for that rs 6500. I paid after that asked for courier charges and insurance charges of rs 10000. I paid. Then after few days i called, then he told that item got damaged and the company will pay prize money in lieu of product of rs 135000. Then asked for refundable security deposit if rs 15600. I paid.. Then finally they asked for rs 25500 as prize money releasing code.. After that they told that file is processed and will get redesigned in 12 working days where in i will get full prize money of rs 200456 along with product worth rs 58000. Tiil now no response from the company

Your digital india deal is a fraud company cheating customers very nicely. You have cheated me to a tune of rs. 12669/-your mr. Arun & mr. Choudhary & ms. Hina offered iphone7s as a free gift on 7th. Of april. Again on 17th. April your mr. Arun called me on 17.04.2018 & told that i have to pay the gst amount of rs. 5669/- to dispatch the item. Accordingly i paid it on line.

Then there was silence for over 4-5 days. When i contacted him again, he asked me to make a payment of rs. 7000/- towards insurance & courier charges. When i refused to pay as it was not told to me earlier. He said if so, then you will not get gst amount back as the order is already processed. Then on 24th april i paid rs. 7000/- online.

Now till date your people are not responding properly to my call. Every time they are giving one or the other reason & also if i try 10-15 times to get them on line, they will pick the call once & give some reason. Now i am very clear that digital india online shopping site is a fraud & bogus one.

In-view of the above i have planned to lodge a complaint with central consumer forum very soon if i don't here anything from you or else you refund my money fully. I will say good bye to your shopping site.

I received a call from the digital india deal that you have a chance to be the lucky winner.

If you buy the product of 500, so i purchased one fossil watch from www.digitalindiadeal.com at rs.650, which they delivered to me.

The issue started after few days, i got a call saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the gst amount of 7200 inr to deliver the prize from delhi to bangalore so i paid that amount through jdpay on 09/09/2017.

After paying that amount they did not stop here, they again called me after few days, saying now to pay the shipping and insurance charges which was 11000 rupees.

After paying my total amount of 18, 200 inr rupees, when time came of delivering the prize, they told that your prize has been damaged in shipping and now we will pay your paid money+your prize money in installments. So, now they asked for my bank details.

After providing my bank details, they are now telling me to keep minimum 18% of bank balance, which bank is also not saying to keep 18% minimum.

After few days they asked me to pay 22000 inr to link the bank account and this amount is refundable immediately one the first installment is credited to bank account.

I have denied to pay the amount and they told me whatever amount i paid will not be refundable and advised to pay only 10000 remaining 12 thousand will be paid by the agent vishal malhotra.

After paying 10000 inr received a call from rahul stating you 12000 inr received from our own employee and that amount is not consider and vishal malhotra played game that his job is in trouble if i won't pay the 12000 inr amount he will be thrown out of the company.

After paying above amount they kept on delaying installment amount and daily i kept calling them but they have to provide some or the other reason.

Finally i received the call again they asked me to pay 36000 inr to release the bank cheque.

I denied to to pay and requested for refund but i they have sent some item to address which cost 17500 inr but actually it doesn't cost more than 7500 inr.

Also they said remaining 22000 inr will be refunded by february but no response and i informed to take back the item which i received since that's not worth for 17500.

I request you to accept my complaint in which i have not got my total money of 40200 inr rupees + my bank details.

I also request you to take some strict actions, as this is the big fraud and many more consumers can be the victims of this fraud or scam.

If i didn't get my money back, then i have all the mails, which i will bring in front of court or media, if required.

Hi team, with this mail i want to bring to your notice that i have undergone a lot of stress and wasted my time in contacting your customer care.
I have paid a total of 76968rs which i want to be refunded.
I recieved call from digital india deals on 18th october 2017 stating i have won a prize in your company as a promotional offer and you are giving me dell laptop for which i need to make a purchase of any item from your website which i did.
After 1 week you called me stating i need to make a payment of 6500rs as a gst for the laptop, i paid the same on 22/10/2017, after couple of days you guys asked me to pay 12500rs as a insurance amount for the laptop so that it can reach me safely.
I paid the same on 25/10/2017, now again after couple of days i got a call and i was told that the laptop is damaged by the courrier and i need to pay 20, 968rs and in return digital india deal will pay me 1, 16000rs, i paid the amount 20, 968rs on 25/11/2017.
After this payment i was told that the amount 1, 16000rs is a big amount and one nominee needs to be added, i added my wife as the nominee, now for that they wanted me to pay 37500rs, i did paid that on 27/11/2017.
Mr. Vijay malhotra promised me that i will get a call from their sponsors panel and they will release the affidavit for a winning prize of 202459rs within a week. But nothing after this. I tried reaching your customer care and raised complaints online but nothing worked till now.
Its been 8 months now and i got not even a single penny back, even last week i recieved a call from mr. Vijay malhotra asking me to pay 4500rs so that my issue can be resolved, i refused to make any payment, request you to make a swift refund of my amount 76, 968rs.

I have already contacted consumer court regarding this, they have advised me to lodge a police complaint and contact cyber crime as this fake offerings comes under cyber crime. Before i proceed further, are you ready to contact me ;)

I got a call from digital india deal they told me they are startup company so if i purchase one product then i'll get i phone 7 or tv or laptop then i though that i want to support startups and am also getting benefit so i purchased one bluetooth and after they told me that i got i phone, to receive that i need to pay gst then i paid after that they asked more money to receive but i told to them i want my money back they told me send ur account details then they will refund but past 90days am requesting them but not sent my money and i raised a complaint in this web site consumercomplaints.in they called me told if i post my problem is solved in this site they will refund my money i did that almost 90 days over but still i didn't get my money and i did't get any call and they are not responding in mails and calls if i called them they are rejecting. But later Rana (another kutta) called me asking for Rs. 8, 000 more. I said I can not pay and hence I want refund. I have been regularly mailing and calling these 2 ### from 17th January 2018, but their phone is switched off. Harami ka aulad Charanjit always makes excuse when I call him. Moreover on 23-Apr-18, last monday that son of a ### told me to make a payment of Rs. 2, 000 more so that refund can be done in 2 days. Today on 27-Apr-18, when I called him, he made the same excuse saying that money will be refunded on 2nd week of May.

I had received a call in the month of oct 2017 where i had ordered a belt and i had received the delivery of the belt worth rs 499/-and afterwards they called us that your gift is led 70 inch tv and asked me to deposit only service charges worth rs 6700/- and after 5 days these big cheaters said you need to deposit 15, 000 as shipping charges. Then i answered them that i do not need your tv and refund our money.
They simply said we will not do it.
I have been calling all the time on ph no[protected] and always they are giving some answers as system is not doing well and many other excuses and they have still not refunded of my amount of rs 6700/-

I, ashwinkumar tiwari, recieved a call from the digital india deal that you have a chance to be the lucky winner, if you buy the product of 500. So i purchased one watch online from the digital india deal.com at rs.675, which they delivered to me. The issue is then after few days, they again called me, saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the gst of rs 6524/-, for bringing your prize from delhi to ahmedabad, so i paid that amount through jdpay on 08/02/2018.

Digital india team has updated fake courier ref no.. Then say now we will pay your paid money+your prize money in installments. So, now they asked for my bank details.

I have placed an order from Digital India Deal (www.digitalindiadeal.com) on 17th January 2018 (Order id:[protected]. Till date, they have not processed the order. When I sent email for cancelling the order, there is no response from company. When I tried to contact their center their response is very bad.
I need resolution of this matter by refunding my money.
This company seems to be a fraud company. Consumer forum needs to take strict action.
The company people have take my bank details 2-3 times but no refund. Now the company phone number is not responding and they dont reply on email.
I have made earlier complaint on this consumer forum website, but it seems this consumer forum is also helpless. I couldnt receive any help from consumer forum also.
