I got a call from digital india deal they told me they are startup company so if i purchase one product then i'll get i phone 7 or tv or laptop then i though that i want to support startups and am also getting benefit so i purchased one bluetooth and after they told me that i got i phone, to receive that i need to pay gst then i paid after that they asked more money to receive but i told to them i want my money back they told me send ur account details then they will refund but past 45 days am requesting them but not sent my money and i raised a complaint in this web site consumercomplaints.in they called me told if i post my problem is solved in this site they will refund my money i did that almost 12 days over but still i didn't get my money and i did't get any call and they are not responding in mails and calls if i called them they are rejecting. This people are very big cheaters so please beware. My order id is #[protected]. This is my final request to digital india deal if i did't get my money back with in 10days after that am not responsible for further action

I have shared my problem with you so many times but i did't get any reply from you. What should I do, through mail i contacted you lot of times some times you have given reply mostly 2times you given reply to me past 10days i am trying to contact with you but you are not responding. The main thing is when i sent you mail always getting same answer like "our representative person will contact you " this is system generated mail i know. Now tell me how can i contact with you and if I call to you then you will put me in hold, so now tell me what should I do, send me my money back then I'll post your site is good

    Digital india deals is a fraud company. The asked me to purchase one item from their website to process the prize. I purchased a watch as shown in the screenshot and after that they said that i need to pay only the gst charge of the price which is rs. 6700/-. I did paid that too. They said once the payment is made, i will get a call from the dispatch department for the prize within 24 hours. I waited for almost 5 days and then the guy who called has no sense to talk with the customer. He said that i need to pay another[protected] rupees for the insurance of the product. I said that i will pay directly to the courier company then he said that i need to pay to them only. I told him that i am not interested in the prize and refund my gst money which i have purchased. He disconnected the call after that. I emailed to their customer care person and everytime i got one same reply from them which is attached too.

    They are such a liar company. I hope government and police cyber cell will look into this matter and help us resolve our matter.

    I need the money I have spent with Digital India Deal. They are a fraud company simply asking people for money to get their money back. Either you people take some strict actions with these people or hand this case to the Police Cyber Cell.

    I have been trying to get in touch with the so called customer care people of Digital India Deal but they dont respond clearly. There are three people whose name are Ms. Rhea, Ms. Prachi & Mr. Prashant Soni. Whenever tried to get in touch with them, they never come on phone. I always get the excuses like either they are on leave or busy in meeting. Its been now more than one and a half month that these people are not giving money back. I have all the call recordings made to them. I have never seen such customer care centre where they disconnect the call. Their phone are always switched off by 6:00PM.

    Yesterday, I had gone through another session with Digital India Deal and now they came up with a new story. The person said that my total winning price is now raised to Rs. 2, 07, 069/- which will be transferred in my account in three installments of Rs. 69, 023/- each. And to process this I again need to pay the fee of Rs. 9, 500/- for each installment. I really dont understand what they are upto. I have all the recordings saved with the persons I have deal with which I will be uploading soon and will share the link.

    There is really someone to step up and stop these people fooling people. I have been already fooled for Rs. 38, 000/-.

    I need people who can join me and we shall help each other to catch hold these people.

      I received a call from digital india deals claiming winning a laptop, in order to claim the winning they asked me to buy one of the product from their official website, i bought a earphone and then they had informed me that i had to pay a initial amount of inr 6500, i asked them is that the final amount that i need to pay. He said yes. And i made the payment. After 4 days i received a call from them and now they are asking me to pay 13000 more just for the shipment.

      These is one of fraud company who is trying to cheat people claiming a prize winning.

        Digital india deals is a fraud company. The asked me to purchase one item from their website to process the prize.           Below is the summary of complaints i have made so far.

          1st Complaint made as:-
          I got a call from the site and was told that my number got selected in lucky draw where i will get assured price i. E either dell laptop, iphone 7 or samsung phone. And for that i will have to purchase a product.
          Since the product that i purchased was of 599 only so i dint thought so much but neither i received any info about my purchased product nor the gift.
          The customer care number given on site was also not working.
          Fraud fraud fraud site.
          Please do not purchase anything from this site and disconnect the call right away when u get a call from such site.

          I am trying to reach the customer care in order to get my refund but it is not even getting connected.

          Follow up 1:-

          Digital India: No response, just told me they will try to resolve

          I tried to reach your customer care many times but the phone number you provided is not reachable.
          Also, I have mailed you my concern also.
          Hopefully I have received the product but then it is damaged and for that I have shared my concern with your team also and they are saying like, we can provide you the replacement but I have to close this issue and mark it as resolved first then only it will be processed.

          How can it be possible.
          I can assure you once I l get my product replacement and that in good condition, I can close this issue and mark it as resolved but before that how can I do that.
          You just tell me if you have been at my place will u do that?

          Digital India:- Still said, we will dispatch your product by today but not yet dispatched and moreover told me to mark the complaint as resolved and then they will send the product.

          Follow up 3:

          I thought of trusting them once again and commented:-
          Marking it resolved as they told me that they will process the order only when I will mark the complaint as resolved.

          But still did not received my product till date. more than 1 month has been passed but no response and customer care number is no more available.

          I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY WILL TRY TO PUSH YOU FOR PURCHASE OF EVEN 500 RS BUT DON'T FALL FOR ANY PRICE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE PRODUCT AS WELL AS PRICE.

            I am submitting this complaint after trying to contact the respective customer care number which says temporarily out of service. I first received the call from digital india deals company on 18th october stating i have won a prize in their company as a promotional offer they are giving me dell laptop for which i need to make a purchase of any item from their website which i did. After 1 week they called me stating i need to make a payment of 6500rs which will be gst for the laptop won. After this they asked me to pay 12500rs for insurance of the laptop. Now the twist is that the laptop sent to me via courrier is damaged as per them and they said they are going to pay me a amount for the damage, now to claim the same i was asked to pay 20, 968rs and they said they will pay me 1, 16000rs. After paying 20, 968rs they said its a big amount so they want a nominee name. Everything done and then no call from their end. I tried reaching them many time but everytime i was given a fake reasons and finally one good day they said they are going to release cheque for me in 3 installments and they gave me 3 cheque numbers which i have noted down. Another twist here is they said to release this cheque they want 37500rs to be paid so that they can release this cheque, sad part is i paid that too. Then no calls for 1 week and when i reached their so called manager, he promised me that i will get a call from their sponsors panel and they will release the affidavit for a winning prize of 202459rs within a week.10 days passed and they called and said exclusive offer is there for you and you have to pay 6500rs which will give you another 50, 000rs along with 202459rs, i refused to pay it as i have already paid enough, now these people are not attending my calls and when i try again and again they switched off the numbers. Enough is done and i have undergone a lot of stress for the last 2 months thinking about the hard earned money. I have all the transaction numbers with date, amount and the calls recorded with me. I request you to not fool me anymore and return the total money of 76968rs back to me to avoid any legal actions :)

            You cannot attend calls and switch off the numbers but you expect us to not post on any other websites, Well to make it a smoother deal, Please go through the details of R MITHUN with you and find out how many calls I have made and how much I have paid. I further don't want your winning prize amount, Just arrange for the return of my money 76968rs. If you want I can give you the Four JDPAY transaction ids through which I made payment.

                It's fraud company. First they send combo gift after that they told about free gift product of rs. 75000+ and ask to make payment of service charges around 8 to 9 thousand and product will deliver. After few days they ask for additional payment to despatch the product. Again take around 10 to 12 thousand. After 10 days they told that due to accident product not despatch and inform that you will receive appx 1 lakh as claim and for that they again ask to make payment of rs. 10500 as security deposit. Total fraud company and bastertd people. Don't believe and don't make any payment.

                  I would like to say that this people called me and convinced me about a free gift since it is digitial india belonging to government i accepted the offer later later there asked me to pay rs5800 as gst tax for availing the offer and i paid my money and later they asked me for courier services and i dint pay them i called and mailed them but was no response these people are very skilled cheaters.. And i am complaining to consumer forum and police and hope that this fraud company will be termunated d both future choice enterprises as well as digitalindiadeal and also i have all the records of payment and phone calls and numbers..

                    I am raising this complaint regarding the refund of my money for 6500. This is been pending from november 2017. Digital india deal is a fraud company looting middle-class people in the name of modiji. Such a shame on these people.

                    I have been calling and e-mailing them regarding the refund and noone has even got back regarding the status.

                    Digital deal called up in july saying i had won a lenovo laptop through a lucky draw and need to order something worth 649 through the website to claim the prize. I did order through the website to claim for the prize. The sales i would just need to pay the gst which is 6500 to claim the prize and prize would reach immediately. I paid 6500 through just dial. I didn't receive the prize and later when called up to inquire, they said i need to pay again an amount of 10k as courier charges, which i refused and since then informed to refund the amount 6500. I have called several times and they say will send a different product worth 6500. I told i don't want any product, just my money back. Since then i haven't got any call as per the e-mail confirmation they sent. I request your help here for the refund of my money as even 1 rupee is valuable for me as these are hard earned money for self and family.

                      Fraud.

                      Told me that i am winner of prize laptop.
                      Than asked me to deposit 6500/- as gst.
                      Than asked me to deposit 11000/- as courier & insurance charge of fedex.
                      Also said this 17500 i paid will be revert as product by company.
                      Than suddenly the products are damaged at courier service as they said.
                      So they said i am now given prize as a money in bank account of 114000. Which come in 3 installments of 38000.
                      For that i need to pay 18478/- as a security deposit.
                      So total till today i paid 35978/-
                      Neither i got any installment of 38000 nor i get any product for that 17500 & even not of security amount of 18478/-.

                      They are totally cheaters.
                      I am going to consumer court for this.
                      I have all transaction details & telephonic recordings..

                        Few days back i received a call from miss neha, she told me if i booked any material from digital india deal than i will sure won a prize, it may be laptop, mob phone ot led tv.
                        I booked a watch from india deal and i received that watch also.
                        After receiving i got another call from digital india deal that i had won a 50 inch led tv, to get it i have to pay rs. 6700/- as gst against that t. V.
                        I trusted and payed online rs. 6700/-., during conversation it was told that there is no other amount is required to pay for that led tv.
                        Few days later there is another call i received, that guy told to me to pay more amount for transportation charges i. E rs.5500/- and insurance for transportation rs. 3000/-.
                        I refused to pay, so that person told me than you can take any item of rs. 6700/- from digital india deal.
                        I tried so many times to contact but no one is responding.
                        I had conversation details in mail, i will send it if required.

                        The person who called told me withdraw /resolve the complaint from website than only my file will be ffd and i will get item of Rs 6700/-.
                        I refused to withdraw my complaint.
                        i told first return back my amount of provide items of Rs 6700/- than only i will withdraw my complain.

                          I was supposed to receive a call from your department regarding a counselling session as to when my money would be returned.
                          You started this issue on september 27th and in spite of repeated warnings you have failed to do what is necessary.
                          Rest assured that if you do not pay the entire amount as told by you in the telephonic conversation which i have complete records of, i shall gladly take you to court and make sure you don't defraud another customer.

                          Everytime I call customer care there are people who are waiting to give reasons.

                              I am raising this complaint regarding the refund of my money for 7909. This is been pending from august 2017. Digital india deal is a fraud company looting middle-class people in the name of modiji. Such a shame on these people.

                              I have been calling and e-mailing them regarding the refund and noone has even got back regarding the status.

                              Digital deal called up in july saying i had won a lenovo laptop through a lucky draw and need to order something worth 599 through the website to claim the prize. I did order through the website to claim for the prize. The sales i would just need to pay the gst which is 7909 to claim the prize and prize would reach immediately. I paid 7907 through just dial. I didn't receive the prize and later when called up to inquire, they said i need to pay again an amount of 10k as courier charges, which i refused and since then informed to refund the amount 7909. I have called several times and they say will send a different product worth 7909. I told i don't want any product, just my money back. Since then i haven't got any call as per the e-mail confirmation they sent. I request your help here for the refund of my money as even 1 rupee is valuable for me as these are hard earned money for self and family.

                                  Since the product that i purchased was of 599 only so i dint thought so much but neither i received any info about my purchased product nor the gift.

                                      This company claimed me for a gift price for that they have taken delivery amount including insurance and other stuff.
                                      Gift: iphone 7 plus
                                      Later the told product got damaged so they are providing price amount for that they took security deposit.
                                      I am looking for refund and claiming the price amount.

                                      This incident is almost 2 months old. Kindly let me know how take legal action against these people.

                                      Now there is no update, i am keep calling them but there is no response.

                                      Till now i have paid almost 35 k.
                                      Kindly help me for the same.

                                        Hi, i got a call from digital india deal they told me my number is selected in lucky draw and they are startup so if i purchased 500 above item then i'll get i phone 7+ 128gb then i purchased, and later they called told me for gst purpose you have to pay 5800 then i paid but i didn't get first order bluetooth and mobile. Mostly monday i'll put a case on this site so everyone be alert. Tq for this platform

                                        You are very fraud person what you told me in call if i put a message "my problem is resolved then you will refund my money" but still I didn't get my money back. I don't seen like this much fraud in india your blaming our country and PM Narendera Modi Digital India dream also, this is my final request if i did't get my money return then iam not responsible for further actions

                                        Digital india deal company is Very big fraud company. They told me that if i put my Problem is solved in this consumer complaint web then they will refund the money to me. That's why i posted my problem is solved but still I didn't get the money so please don't believe this frauds.
