I have received a call on saturday, february 3rd from priya kumari[protected] saying if i purchase a product on the website from the deal of the day category, i am eligible to receive a free gift from the company. I repeatedly confirmed with her that i wouldn't have to pay anything additional, she confirmed that i don't need to pay anything. I asked her are you 100% sure i don't have to pay anything additional - she said she was 110% sure. I went ahead with the initial order of the item, the order number is[protected].

Following this, i receive a call on wednesday, 7th february from himanshu gupta[protected] stating that my free gift is ready, but i need to pay gst of rs. 5600. I was specifically told that i need not pay anything extra on my first call, but mr. Himanshu gupta assured me that this gst amount will be the only amount i need to pay and i will receive a call from the dispatch team within 2 days to coordinate the receiving of my item, after making this gst payment. I have made the payment of rs. 5600, please see attached screenshot.

Following this, i receive a call on tuesday, 13th february from vijay malhotra from the dispatch team[protected] who says that my gift is ready for dispatch, but i need to pay for courier service & product insurance for 2 years. I told him that i was assured that i would not be making any more payments before receiving my free gift. He answered me quite rudely that no company gives courier service for free, so i have to pay for courier charges. My problem is none of these charges were ever told to me in the first place. He said i have to pay rs. 7000 for insurance + courier charges, i have paid this - please see attached screenshot.

A week later, on monday february 19th, after repeated phone calls to their dispatch team, finally vijay malhotra says my free gift has been dispatched, and gives me a tracking number of aramex. I reminded him that it was fedex that i had chosen as a courier company, he immediately said okay here's your fedex tracking number and gave me one. That was my first clue that the parcel was never dispatched in the first place, and he was just feeding me nonsense without any basis.

On tuesday, february 20th, i rang vijay malhotra to inform him that the tracking number doesn't exist, and fedex have confirmed that there is no such tracking number in their system. Vijay says the parcel has been damaged en route, and that's why the tracking number is not pulling up details (Which is total lies). He says i will receive a call from the finance team, so please wait.

Following this, on wednesday, 21st february, i receive a call from their finance team - a lady called prachi mehta ([protected]) who says i am due to receive a huge payout. The value of the prize product + whatever amount i initially paid + extra 25, 000 from insurance. False promises again, but i humoured her. She said for me to send over my bank details, id proof and photo. I sent them all. Prachi calls me then on friday, 23rd february and says i need to pay a security amount to the bank which they are transferring from, before they can transfer the amount to me. How this even makes sense, nobody knows. When i told her i'm not paying anything more, i just want my money back - she says okay, in that case i'll cancel your prize, i'll close your file and you can speak to our product team. Who is the product team? The same rude lying people i spoke to earlier.

They want me to now beg / plead for them to return my money paid (12, 600). They have no intention of returning my money. I am now via the forum asking for some action to be taken.

Please stop copy-pasting standard template responses. I have provided my contact details on multiple occasions to your email and via phone calls, but nobody is ever interested in speaking to me.

Once my money has been wrongfully taken by you, you are only interested in cutting the call on me when I speak to you, and speaking very rudely. You are a disgrace to the service industry.

So digital india paying to insurance claim 250000/-, but still not received my amount & also not claim amount. Then some product received from digital india as a gift. Then 1 pedal received with bill 45500/- but i check to jewellery shop, the actual pendal amount of 12000/- to 15000/- approx. Only. So requesting...

      Hi sir/mam, its been very long time i requested a redemption of my points but it still shows initiated. Please help me with this issue. Also i still get snippets not available banner whenever i try to complete tasks. Even i did not get any support for the ticket i raised earlier for the same. This being a government portal i expected easy transfer of the money. When i try connecting to the toll free number it always remain busy. Could you take this issue and resolve with priority.

          I have placed an order from digital india deal (www.digitalindiadeal.com) on 17th january 2018 (Order id:[protected]. Till date they have not processed the order. When i sent email for cancelling the order, there is no response from company. When i tried to contact their center their response is very bad.
          I need resolution of this matter by refunding my money.
          This is fraud company. Consumer forum needs to take strict action.

          The problem is not resolved. Company has no support system. Consumer forum is also helpless. It seems consumer forum also with such fraud company. Why consumer forum is not taking action?

          I have provided my contact details several times via email to you but your customer care people are rude and bad in communication. Whenever I call, they dont have anything to respond. When they call, just ask for money. No one cares for customer.           The company has no response since long time. Company is not responding on email. Now the company's phone number is always not available/switched off.
          Consumer Forum needs to take strict action against the company. If action is not taken, the company will run away. Take some action pls.

          The problem is not resolved. Consumer Forum has marked my problem RESOLVED but it has not been solved. The Fraud company (www.digitalindiadeal.com) has not refund my money. It seems Consumer Forum is also useless. No action from consumer forum also.

          You have been replying me that your customer care will contact me, but you are always cheating. I have not received any contact from your side.
          fake people.
          I have further provided bank account details to the company, two weeks back. Still no response from company. They just make calls and ask the same thing. Consumer Forum needs to take strict action against the company. Quick action is required before the company run away.

            Last year digitalindiadeal called and said that i am a lucky winner in a draw and i'm getting an opportunity to win a mobile worth 69000. For that i need to register with the company for that i need to pay 2000 rs and after paying will receive a combo pack of belts purse and goggles. After paying the amount they said that there is another fees of 12000 rs that i need to pay to get the reward and after which the mobile will be supplied to my doorstep and was also committed that there would be no more further charges applicable later. After paying the amount of 12000 they said that there is a last payment to be done of 8000 rs for the courier and insurance of the mobile. After a lot of conversation and commitment i paid the amount of 8000 to the company.. After which i received a call stating the mobile has been damaged at the time of supplying to my doorstep. And if i want to claim the insurance i need to pay another 18000 rs to them to link up with the company i said no for further payments and to return my money. After that and till date there is no call from company end and also if reaching them by call they are not picking up the call.. Or it's not reachable. If also received they give a time that they will call and didn't call it back...
            I have all the details and as well as all the transaction details onto the mail and recording of the company executive.
            It's such a shame that people are using such kind of way to talk by making fool and loot hard earned money of the customer and that too giving false commitment just to earn extra money.

            Today also after giving call to them multiple times there is no reply from the call center and also their numbers are not reachable.

                After raising a complaint here, i received call from the digital india team, i was told that they will refund my money if i mark this complaint as resolved, mr. Malhotra requested me for 2-3 days time for the refund, trusting him i marked the complaint as resolved without getting a resolution, but its been a month since i am waiting and i didn't even got a single penny, now i am not going to close this complaint until and unless i receive an sms from my bank stating my account has been credited with rs.76, 968

                FRAUD fraud fraud. Sent me a plastic bag containing a earphone very poor my be manufactured by them .

                  They took 11000 from me and said that they will refund the amount.
                  I received a call & they said as you has complained, we will not refund.
                  I dont understand it as we complain when we are not happy/no response from opposite team. But digital india deal people are ordering us and telling not to complain.

                  If they dont want me to complain, why dont refund my money.
                  What a company. They took my money and no response, even then i shouldnt complain. Is it right.

                  I want to proceed legally with this and want to shutdown the company as i dont want other people also loose money like m e.

                    I'll surely see through it that no further people gets involved in such fake site and will start addressing to the cyber cell as well as by using the other social media to crack such companies.

                                They called me told that they newly launched & your no as been selected, so you are eligible for the gift of tv, laptop or iphone. So you have to buy any one product from our website digitalindiadeal.com. So i have purchased a bedsheet of 800 something. After payment i got a call to select the gift. Then i selected laptop. I asked them whether i have to make any payment then they told clearly told that there will be no payment to be made from myside as that is a gift from company. Then after 3 days they called me & told to make payment of 6000 towards gst / taxes. Then i told them why should i pay bcoz you told that there is no payment from me. But he told company will give you laptop & you have to pay for the taxes & i made the payment of 6000 rs. Then after 1 week i called them as there was no call from them, then asked for the prize but they told that i have to make a payment of 6500 for courier charges. Then i made the payment & clearly told that no more payment will be done in future & this will be the last payment. They agreed to that & onwards no call from them for another 5 to 6 days. Then again i called them & asked about the prize. They said that product is damaged so you have to make a security deposit amount. Now i clearly denied to make the payment bcoz when i have already paid for a insurance & transport (6500 rs). Now why should i pay if material is damaged. But they told me to make a payment but i insisted to pay the amount. Now after one month also they were not making any call to me & instead i use to call them. Daily they will change the name & speak and will tell that they will call you once they come. Some names are prachi, rakesh, sharma rahul sinha... So on...
                                As a proof i am having almost all the call recordings & bills.
                                So pls suggest me what to do now...

                                  On 12.12.2017 order no.#[protected] for curren analogue black dial men watches by sports for rs.599/- was placed online with offer of free confirmed gift of rs.74, 599/- which was samsung led 59"tv. After making the necessary payment through pay u money for rs.599/- and confirmation sent about receipt of payment, i received the delivery of the order curren analogue black dial men watches by sports which was received defective and the free gift was not attached.

                                  I was informed after 4 days to make payment of rs.6499/- which included gst charges to enable receipt of samsung led 59" tv.

                                  I now request that the amount of rs.599/- be refunded for the defective product order curren analogue black dial men watches by sports.

I say ok but today i am not pay i shall pay than after i received my order but he force me that than if you not pay 9% gst so you loose your gift i say it's ok but than i am not doing pay.
                                    After thirteen day received my order and this order in mine product but address is third person but this address in mine product i will call a dtdc courier and say sir your product have gone in west banal if you don't mine please open this and in sourly in your product than after i open it and this product is packing very cheap and earphone is very cheap and local earphone and right side view not working

                                      Sequence of events:

                                      1. On nov-21-2017 i received a call from a telephone bearing #[protected] and i was informed that if i purchased a product from the catalogue i would be entitled for a free gift which would either be a dell laptop or a samsung 50' television or an iphone 7. When i inquired if the free gift would be give post a lucky draw, i was informed that it was a confirmed gift. I then went through the catalogue and ordered a fossil watch costing inr 650/- under order #[protected].

                                      2. The product was promptly delivered to my residence the next day. However the free gift that was promised did not arrive and therefore i called the aforesaid telephone number and was informed that i had won a samsung 50' tv and i was requested to pay inr 6, 799/- in order to activate my file. I was also informed that this payment will be reversed as soon as i receive the tv

                                      3. On nov-25-2017 the company sent me a jd payment link from future choice enterprises for inr 6, 799/- and i made the requested payment promptly. When i did not here from them for more that 10 days after the said payment, i once again called the company on dec-5-2017 to check on the status of dispatch of the tv.

                                      4. After many tries when i got through to the rep and inquired about the gift, i was told that the tv was yet to be dispatched as i had not picked the courier through which i wished to receive the consignment. I then picked blue dart courier and was informed that i would require to pay inr 7000 as courier charges and inr 3000 as insurance charges. Again the company sent me a jd payment link on dec-5-2017 from future choice enterprises for inr 10, 000/- and i made the requested payment promptly.

                                      5. Inspite of all these payments i did not receive my gift and therefore i once again called the company and was informed that the tv was dispatched. When i requested them to provide me the tracking details the employees tried their level best to avoid this. Therefore i had to make multiple calls between dec-5-2017 to dec-11-2017 and pester them for the tracking details. At last they gave me the alleged blue dart tracking number [protected]. However when i checked the blue dart website i found that no consignment was booked under the said tracking number. I once again called the company and after trying to dodge, they informed me that the consignment sent was damaged and therefore instead of the tv i would be paid inr 75, 499 along with the amount of inr 16, 799 paid by me along withe insurance claim amount of inr 75, 000.

                                      6. When i did not get the money for more that 15 days i once again reached out to the company and was informed that i would have to send my bank details viz account number, ifsc code along with id proof document and a passport size photograph in order for them to process my claim. I was requested to send these details to [protected]@digitalindiadeal.com and accordingly i sent the same.

                                      7.in-spite of making a false promise, and collecting huge amount of money from me the company has not chosen to fulfill its promise. They have not even had the courtesy to promptly refund the amount of inr 16, 799 collected from me by misrepresentation and fraud.

                                      8. As promised the company requires to make the following amounts

                                      Inr 754299 (Cost of the samsung 50' tv)
                                      Inr 16, 799 (Collected from me on nov-25-2017 and dec-5-2017)
                                      Inr 75, 000 (Insurance collected on account of the alleged damage to the tv)

                                      After trying our level best to speak to you and to your customer department (which always promises a call back which never comes) and with your finance department (which promises to refund the money but never does) and your fulfillment department (which does not even courteously respond) only I have been forced to take this action. Please take note that if you do not choose to resolve this issue at the earliest, I will continue to raise this issue at all forums available to me including the legal forums.
                                      I have received a portion of the money I had paid and am still awaiting the INR 10, 000 paid by me. Upon receipt of the same I will close this matter. Please expedite payment
                                      Bull ###, this complaint is not resolved. These scumbags are a bunch of liars. I am yet to get my 10, 000 rupees. Digital India Deal is a FRAUD company. Please boycott it as they don't deserve your support. In fact their CUSTOMER CARE number +[protected]as advertised) does not even exist.

                                        Old me that i am winner of prize laptop.
                                        Than asked me to deposit 6524/- as gst.
                                        Than asked me to deposit 12000/- as courier & insurance charge of fedex.
                                        Also said this 18524 i paid will be revert as product by company.
                                        Than suddenly the products are damaged at courier service as they said.
                                        So they said i am now given prize as a money in bank account of 114000. Which come in 3 installments of 38000.
                                        For that i need to pay 18478/- as a security deposit.
                                        So total till today i paid 35978/-
                                        Neither i got any installment of 38000 nor i get any product for that 17500 & even not of security amount of 18478/-.

                                        They are totally cheaters.
                                        I am going to consumer court for this.
                                        I have all transaction details & telephonic recordings..
