Hello team, you have offered fake prizes and winning amounts for which i used to get calls from your side every week, even after paying 76, 968rs, i was asked to pay more for insurance, lucky draw and what not, i was promised by mr. Charanjeet malhotra that i will get my refund by jan 1st 2018 on the eve of new year but then i am unable to contact him or anyone, i got no resolution for last 6 months and all my complaints raised here are getting closed without my knowledge, the last call i received from your end was in january, request you to contact me or urgent basis to resolve my issue or i am going to file a case for which i am going to consult a lawyer in a week of time.

I received a call from digital indial deal that you have a chance to be the lucky winner, if you buy the product so i purchased genuine leather wallet for men’s at rs. 549 on dated 24/12/2017 with order id: #[protected].
The issue is then after they again called me saying that you you have got the samsung ua50j5570 125.7cm (50 inches) full hd smart led tv as a prie of rs. 75000. But you have to pay gst rs 6700. 50 % gst will be borne by company so you have to pay rs. 6700 then after you have not pay any more amount. So i paid that amount through just dial limited on 28/12/2017. The other details are as under.

After paid all amount then after few days they told your prize may be damaged so now you have to pay insurance & courier charges of rs. 17500.00. I do not want to pay more so i refund to take prize and quit from quiz.
I have requested to refund my paid amount rs. 6700/- which you have collect as gst. They are refuse to pay that we have to get your money from government so you have to wait for 90 days. I can’t understand their policy. If invoice is not made, how company pay to government? I have make so many question but company told me that our company policy is that we have to pay after 90 days.

I would like to inform you that already 90 days are already completed however company has not pay my amount of rs. 6700/-.

I received a call from the digital india deal that you have a chance to be the lucky winner.

If you buy the product of 500, so i purchased one fossil watch from www.digitalindiadeal.com at rs.650, which they delivered to me.

The issue started after few days, i got a call saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the gst amount of 7200 inr to deliver the prize from delhi to bangalore so i paid that amount through jdpay on 09/09/2017.

After paying that amount they did not stop here, they again called me after few days, saying now to pay the shipping and insurance charges which was 11000 rupees.

After paying my total amount of 18, 200 inr rupees, when time came of delivering the prize, they told that your prize has been damaged in shipping and now we will pay your paid money+your prize money in installments. So, now they asked for my bank details.

After providing my bank details, they are now telling me to keep minimum 18% of bank balance, which bank is also not saying to keep 18% minimum.

After few days they asked me to pay 22000 inr to link the bank account and this amount is refundable immediately one the first installment is credited to bank account.

I have denied to pay the amount and they told me whatever amount i paid will not be refundable and advised to pay only 10000 remaining 12 thousand will be paid by the agent vishal malhotra.

After paying 10000 inr received a call from rahul stating you 12000 inr received from our own employee and that amount is not consider and vishal malhotra played game that his job is in trouble if i won't pay the 12000 inr amount he will be thrown out of the company.

After paying above amount they kept on delaying installment amount and daily i kept calling them but they have to provide some or the other reason.

Finally i received the call again they asked me to pay 36000 inr to release the bank cheque.

I denied to to pay and requested for refund but i they have sent some item to address which cost 17500 inr but actually it doesn't cost more than 7500 inr.

Also they said remaining 22000 inr will be refunded by february but no response and i informed to take back the item which i received since that's not worth for 17500.


I request you to accept my complaint in which i have not got my total money of 40200 inr rupees + my bank details.

I also request you to take some strict actions, as this is the big fraud and many more consumers can be the victims of this fraud or scam.

If i didn't get my money back, then i have all the mails, which i will bring in front of court or media, if required.

Last year in december, I got a call from digital india deal executive (vishal) saying that I am one of the fifty lucky customers and thT I have won a dell laptop worth rupees 7200. He said in order to get the prize I will have to register at the site and buy a product. I bought a bedsheet worth rs 800. It was delivered in a week n was of very low quality. After few days I got another call saying that I will have to pay gst charges worth rs 6500 in order to receive the prize. I paid those too. Ten days went by.. I kept on waiting for the laptop. Then one day another one of their executive s called n said I will hv to pay dor delivery charges and insurance of the laptop amounting to rs 12000. I refused to make the payment and asked him to refund my money. He said an executive from some other team will call tomorrow and initiate the process.. More than 45 days hv gone and still they hv made no call. No prize.. No refund. just a fraud company cheating people.

"this is further to my complaint/ mail of december 29, 2017 which contains all details. I am surprised that you are showing my complaint as resolved on january 30, 2018 though you have not yet given me your promised inr 75299 (Cost of the samsung 50' tv) and your promised inr 75, 000 (Insurance collected on account of the alleged damage to the tv) and out of inr 16, 799 (Collected from me on nov-25-2017 and dec-5-2017) on false pretext extra charges, you have only refunded inr 6, 799 and have failed to refund my inr 10, 000.

This is totally wrong and false and is in continuation of your earlier wrongs. First you mislead me into making wrong payments 2 times and then you neither send me the promised gift nor refund my deposited amount and then finally when i make a complaint you show that as resolved. You have lured me into purchasing your product by promising me a gift and then not given that and from then on you are cheating me again and again by asking me to deposit amounts on different heads and then showing my complaint as resolved on your own without checking your records and inspite of knowing that you have not deposited any amount of refund or the other amounts.

Please refund my inr 10, 000 in next 7 working days and also confirm about my promised gift and close this chapter. Otherwise i will take legal action.”.

Last year digitalindiadeal called and said that i am a lucky winner in a draw and i'm getting an opportunity to win a laptop worth 69000 as being a new part of our prime minister digital india service. For that i need to register with the company for that i need to pay 2000 rs and after paying will receive a combo pack of belts purse and goggles. After paying the amount they said that there is another fees of 12000 rs that i need to pay to get the reward and after which the laptop will be supplied to my doorstep and was also committed that there would be no more further charges applicable later. After paying the amount of 12000 they said that there is a last payment to be done of 8000 rs for the courier and insurance of the laptop. After a lot of conversation and commitment i paid the amount of 8000 to the company.. After which i received a call stating the laptop has been damaged at the time of supplying to my doorstep. And if i want to claim the insurance i need to pay another 18000 rs to them to link up with the company i said no for further payments and to return my money. After that and till date there is no call from company end and also if reaching them by call they are not picking up the call.. Or it's not reachable. If also received they give a time that they will call and didn't call it back...
I have all the details and as well as all the transaction details onto the mail and recording of the company executive.
It's such a shame that people are using such kind of way to talk by making fool and loot hard earned money of the customer and that too giving false commitment just to earn extra money.

Today also after giving call to them multiple times there is no reply from the call center and also their numbers are not reachable.

I'll surely see through it that no further people gets involved in such fake site and will start addressing to the cyber cell as well as by using the other social media to crack such companies.

I have received call form the Customer Executive regarding winning prize and told me to purchase the product from their site.

I purchase the product named watch for Rs.599/- which is delivered to me after 1 week and then after I again received call from the person named Himanshu. He told me to pay Rs.6794/- and I paid the same.

Then after almost the follow ups they call me again and told me to pay Rs.11000/- for courier charges of Rs.11000/-. I paid the same .

Now they are telling me that the product got damaged and the product cant be delivered to you and they will call me for the repayment of rupees for the product.

They are making me fool.
Kindly look in to the matter and provide me my my and the prize rupees as soon as possible as I belong to the middle class family my money got stuck in this.

Plzz Plzz Kindly took the strick action against the company so in future they will not do this type of fraud from the public.

I have raised two complaints prior to this and they have been closed without my knowledge, will this support team ever care to reply and address the issue of the customers. Below is the description of the issue :

I am submitting this complaint after trying to contact the respective customer care number which says temporarily out of service. I first received the call from digital india deals company on 18th october stating i have won a prize in their company as a promotional offer they are giving me dell laptop for which i need to make a purchase of any item from their website which i did. After 1 week they called me stating i need to make a payment of 6500rs which will be gst for the laptop won. After this they asked me to pay 12500rs for insurance of the laptop. Now the twist is that the laptop sent to me via courrier is damaged as per them and they said they are going to pay me a amount for the damage, now to claim the same i was asked to pay 20, 968rs and they said they will pay me 1, 16000rs. After paying 20, 968rs they said its a big amount so they want a nominee name. Everything done and then no call from their end. I tried reaching them many time but everytime i was given a fake reasons and finally one good day they said they are going to release cheque for me in 3 installments and they gave me 3 cheque numbers which i have noted down. Another twist here is they said to release this cheque they want 37500rs to be paid so that they can release this cheque, sad part is i paid that too. Then no calls for 1 week and when i reached their so called manager, he promised me that i will get a call from their sponsors panel and they will release the affidavit for a winning prize of 202459rs within a week.10 days passed and they called and said exclusive offer is there for you and you have to pay 6500rs which will give you another 50, 000rs along with 202459rs, i refused to pay it as i have already paid enough, now these people are not attending my calls and when i try again and again they switched off the numbers. Enough is done and i have undergone a lot of stress for the last 2 months thinking about the hard earned money. I have all the transaction numbers with date, amount and the calls recorded with me. After raising a complaint here, i received call from the digital india team, i was told that they will refund my money if i mark this complaint as resolved, mr. Malhotra requested me for 2-3 days time for the refund, trusting him i marked the complaint as resolved without getting a resolution, but its been a month since i am waiting and i didn't even got a single penny, now i am not going to close this complaint until and unless i receive an sms from my bank stating my account has been credited with rs.76, 968

This year 30 january 2018 digitalindiadeal called and said that i am a lucky winner in a draw and i'm getting an opportunity to win a led worth 75000. For that i need to register with the company for that i need to pay 800 rs and after paying will receive a wireless speaker. After paying the amount they said that there is another fees of gst and transport charge 12000+6700=18700 rs that i need to pay to get the reward and after which the led will be supplied to my doorstep and was also committed that there would be no more further charges applicable later. After paying the amount of 18700 they said that there is a last... But after 45 days no any response and no any product or led received.

Dear sir, i am raising this complaints regarding the refund for my amount of rs75, 000. Digital india deal is a fraud company cheating innocent people in the name of modi's digital india campaign.in oct 17 i got a called from digitalindia deal that i can be a lucky winner of a tv or a laptop if i purchased a product online from the company, then i bought a belt online which they delivered but the issue is after that when they called to informed that i have won a tv and have to pay rs6700 for gst. I paid them rs6700. Through jd pay on 17/11/2017. Then they told me to pay rs11, 000 for shipment and insurance of tv. I paid them rs11, 000 through jd pay on 29/11/2017. After i did not receive the tv i enquire, they told that the tv set has been damaged in shipping therefore you will get your paid money +the prize money in three instalments which is around rs1, 50, 000. They asked for my bank details and told to pay 15% of the total prize money. Then i paid rs17, 730 through jd pay on 26/122017. Then they called me and told that the company will issue three cheques for me, but for that i have to pay 12, 000 for each cheque. I paid rs15, 000 through netbanking of psb on 16/1/2018 and again rs20, 000 through netbanking on 19/1/2018. When i did not receive any money from the company i enquire through them they told me to pay rs25, 000 more inorder to release the money then i refused to pay further and asked them to cancel my prize and pay back my money but they refused to pay back my money. Sequence of events:

1. On nov-21-2017 i received a call from a telephone bearing #[protected] and i was informed that if i purchased a product from the catalogue i would be entitled for a free gift which would either be a dell laptop or a samsung 50' television or an iphone 7. When i inquired if the free gift would be give post a lucky draw, i was informed that it was a confirmed gift. I then went through the catalogue and ordered a fossil watch costing inr 650/- under order #[protected].

2. The product was promptly delivered to my residence the next day. However the free gift that was promised did not arrive and therefore i called the aforesaid telephone number and was informed that i had won a samsung 50' tv and i was requested to pay inr 6, 799/- in order to activate my file. I was also informed that this payment will be reversed as soon as i receive the tv

3. On nov-25-2017 the company sent me a jd payment link from future choice enterprises for inr 6, 799/- and i made the requested payment promptly. When i did not here from them for more that 10 days after the said payment, i once again called the company on dec-5-2017 to check on the status of dispatch of the tv.

4. After many tries when i got through to the rep and inquired about the gift, i was told that the tv was yet to be dispatched as i had not picked the courier through which i wished to receive the consignment. I then picked blue dart courier and was informed that i would require to pay inr 7000 as courier charges and inr 3000 as insurance charges. Again the company sent me a jd payment link on dec-5-2017 from future choice enterprises for inr 10, 000/- and i made the requested payment promptly.

5. Inspite of all these payments i did not receive my gift and therefore i once again called the company and was informed that the tv was dispatched. When i requested them to provide me the tracking details the employees tried their level best to avoid this. Therefore i had to make multiple calls between dec-5-2017 to dec-11-2017 and pester them for the tracking details. At last they gave me the alleged blue dart tracking number [protected]. However when i checked the blue dart website i found that no consignment was booked under the said tracking number. I once again called the company and after trying to dodge, they informed me that the consignment sent was damaged and therefore instead of the tv i would be paid inr 75, 499 along with the amount of inr 16, 799 paid by me along withe insurance claim amount of inr 75, 000.

6. When i did not get the money for more that 15 days i once again reached out to the company and was informed that i would have to send my bank details viz account number, ifsc code along with id proof document and a passport size photograph in order for them to process my claim. I was requested to send these details to [protected]@digitalindiadeal.com and accordingly i sent the same.

7.in-spite of making a false promise, and collecting huge amount of money from me the company has not chosen to fulfill its promise. They have not even had the courtesy to promptly refund the amount of inr 16, 799 collected from me by misrepresentation and fraud.

8. As promised the company requires to make the following amounts

Inr 754299 (Cost of the samsung 50' tv)
Inr 16, 799 (Collected from me on nov-25-2017 and dec-5-2017)
Inr 75, 000 (Insurance collected on account of the alleged damage to the tv)

This complaint has been arbitrarily shown as resolved on January 30, 2018 whereas the company has failed to refund my Rs.10, 000. This comapny is a fraud company
