I would like to inform you that, the customer support team is not support well, I put last mail on [protected]@digitalindiadeal.com at that time I got mail me from your team they can resolve my issue as well as possible, but then after they even not contact me, I personally call three time, then they said We will call back we check your file. This not fair what is going on?
First of all your team even not talk the subject of my free gift, this is not good your venture is now only in born period, you can't do this, how you can servive in this market? You can't create customers trust for you.
I want my money refunded as well as possible because I also borrow this money from my friends which creates huge burden on me.

I recently talked with the customer support team they told me we cannot give refund to you we give electronic goods against your money and also we not provide a requested free gift (iPhone 7 plus rose gold). you take money for my free gift and now you not even provide my gift but also not refund my money.
